They sell super cheap crappy items with glowing fake reviews and then by the time you get the product home and realize its total junk they discontinue the item so when you leave a bad review it doesnt even show up anywhere. Literally just happened to me.

To my surprise, Ebay, Amazon, Walmat move over. Any item on these sites, you will find them at Temu for at least 50% lower price. The fact is most of what they offer are imported from China anyway. If we, as American consumers have the options to purchase at a lower price, we will have more discretionary income left to take care of something else equally important in life. TEMU contacted me after the initial incident resolving the matter by giving me $5 off and a credit in the amount of my original order then literally sending an order again without any problems in delivery. I recently placed two orders and waiting to see if it will be delivered as promised. I noticed in the advertisements they use boxes to show orders being delivered. The packaging was a bag and I order shoes packed in a bag left bunched marks that I had to put paper to bring them back to form but the other products, I was pleased with but the quality is what you pay for so do not think you will get the level of quality if it were a name brand product. However, the prices are phenomenal and there are a wide variety of products to choose from and since I am on a fixed income, I didn't expect much but was quite satisfied with everything I ordered. Now the numerous updates or ads to encourage more spending becomes aggravating as the notification sounds gets monotonous.

I tried it I personally know others who bought items, received items, loved items. My experience has been great. I love it. I am addicted. Yes its an addiction. Most items I love bc the quality is good. Some items not so much. Pictures were or discriptuon was not clear. No problem with returning items, in fact I was able to choose how I am refunded. Either refund in several days and no returning item or Cash now and choose something else and not to worry about returning. I have always chosen the later. Zero issues. I get my package relatively quickly as well.

I NEVER received my package. I've been asking over a month for either a credit or a refund. They are not offering either. They constantly give me the same answer. Check your neighbors or USPS. I did both, still no help. I told them I'll settle for a credit and all I got was "sorry for any inconvenience." From looking they have a protected purchase policy but not using it for their customers. They were suppose to be Christmas gifts and Temu has let me down terribly. If I had the money to lose I wouldn't care, but a mom struggling around the holidays was really depressing.

Of three orders I placed with Temu, two arrived. One is lost. Temu makes it hard to contact customer service. You are forced to contact their shipping company who gives you a tracking number and promises a 2 business day reply. 7 business days later, no reply.
Save your self the extra effort. Light your money on fire. It's the same as ordering from Temu without the hastle.

I have been extremely happy using this site. I feel like the product I receive looks like it is portrayed on the site or very close unlike alot of the sites. I recently did one of their spin promotions and got a $100 credit and it was deposited into my account to use on whatever was in my cart, it did not have to be for items they chose for you to pick from. Some of the discounts do apply to only certain items however. For the price I feel the quality is good, Im not saying I am always 100% happy but I would put it at 85 to 90% and thats pretty darn good. I will continue to use this site.

I have purchased a few times through Temu. Although the egg slicer leaves something to be desired, it works and I got what I paid for. The shirts are fantastic. I know better than to order my USA size from an oriental company. Be smart. I ordered a size or so bigger based on the measurements they show with the products. They all fit wonderfully. I ordered bins for the refrigerator - all exactly as described. I ordered a small wooden container with 15 large eyed needles in it for less that 3$. Found the same item on Amazon (exact) for 6.99. I ordered a pack of various items 2 times. I received my both packs within 8days. All items were just as described and shown in photos. Temu sends you day-to-day shipping status which I found useful because I could guess when exactly I was supposed to receive my order. And I guessed right! In general, I keep ordering to Temu. It's my best online shop.
By the way, I'm living in the Netherlands, and it takes 8days to get your pack from China (if not express)

My first two orders got here really fast and I was under the impression. This was a company in San Diego California. I just made another order and it says that it is going through customs which means it's not even in America. It will be my last order. This is the reason I stopped shopping at Shein.

Package arrived damaged, ripped open and several big holes and 3 items lost. Contacting several times but all they responded is the warehouse shipped out and delivered it which I never complained them about not doing that, my complaint was packaged came ripped open and 3 items was lost and asked for refund, Nope they won't do it. Do not trust them at all if package arrived damaged or lost items, they do not care at all! Look at the condition of my package, 3 items lost but will not take their responsibilities, all they keep saying is they shipped out and delivered, didn't care about the lost items and the damage ripped package. Customer service online is horrible, all they do is copy paste it the same thing over and over.

I placed my first order, was excited when it arrived in a timely manner. I expected quality to not be top of the line because of the low prices. The quality was fine for the most part but everything ran really small. I even order up a size thinking this could happen but, still didn't fit right. I am only 5' 3" so I can't imagine how this stuff fits taller people correctly. Unfortunetly it is all being returned.

Really attractive prices and images of quality products. I actually thought it was fun going "bargain shopping" given the prices and free shipping. However, shipping took almost 3 weeks, which was expected as items are shipped from China. The quality of the items are really pathetic. Even worse than what you can find at places such as the "dollar stores." I remember going to underground markets in China and the Temu merchandise is similar to what you find in those knock-off night markets. I ordered drain snake (cheap flimsy plastic and doesn't work), round seat cushions (less than 1 inch thin.cheap and I will not use), a 4 prong blind cleaner and a few other items. I'm sure there is something that is both super cheap and truly useful or if good quality, but for me, not worth it.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
