I bought a tee shirt as a sole Christmas gift for my daughters boyfriend. I had no recourse but to gift him this piece of garbage. The design and graphic quality was very good. It doesn't matter when it is printed in single ply toilet paper thin material. You can see thru the material. Very disappointed.
I spent $90 on some tank tops from Teepublic, after 2 washes a few weeks after getting them, lettering and logos were almost completely gone! On the 3 wash, 90% wash gone. There is a reason on their website they don't "Take returns"! One shirts said "Die first then quit" and had a skull on it, 99% gone after 2 washes, the Job Bones Jones shirt lost 50% of the lettering and logo on 1 wash, haven't worn it since I bought it last year, means I'll have to wash it and letters will be gone! Three my other 2 shirts away that I bought because lettering and logo 100% gone after 2 washes in the washing machine! I'd never buy another shirt from Teepublic ever again, complete waste of money! 0 Stars!
Bought a shirt for my 3 year old nephew. Loved the design so I ordered. Just got it today and the quality is so bad. The print is blurry and it's orange when it was supposed to be red. It looks like an iron on sticker. Will not buy from here again and if you're an artist looking for a company to represent your work, find someone else that does your art justice.

As this is my second time to order from this company. Was highly impressed with my first shirt so I placed another order, it arrived tonight an it looks awful. Has a stain or something honestly looks like mold on the emblem. I'm hoping this company will get back in touch with me soon.
They have misleading names on their tshirts. I bought one called "charlie dont surf" this was in quotes. The pic is of manson. This is a well known shirt design. The shirts came without the verbiage. When contacted they said that's just the name.

Bought a sweatshirt for a friend for Christmas. The package was delivered earlier than expected. Unfortunately the sweatshirt size ran smaller than ordered. I emailed regarding an exchange and received a response within 1 business day with an exchange and options for colors. They were quick to respond and extremely helpful with next steps. I look forward to shopping on this site again!
Customer service is great- I received a faulty t-shirt where the printed graphic was not centered and they were quick to apologize and send me a replacement shirt. I love how there are so many fun designs and it's easy to search designs you want (for example- I've been looking for mostly Disney parks related graphics). The colors within the printed graphics do fade a bit even after just one wash so keep that in mind.
They charge extra for "premium" and "tri-blend" fabric, whatever that means. But those limit your color choices. I like the designs on my shirts but the standard fabric is not good for summer at all, the material just does not breath. Contacted them and got a quick response but they only suggested buying more shirts.
Get ready to either sweat or pay up.
I ordered a tee in a size up as suggested on site. When arrived, it still fit very tightly. I wrote a review at the prompting of a follow up email. Kudos for this company wanting to fix it because they did send out a replacement in the next size up. However, the oddly shaped shirt was STILL snug and the printing had damage/bubbling that peeled on that area after the first wash. I don't expect any further compensation; this was all months ago now but it is a shame that I don't have my special shirt that I bought to wear for annual trips (still bothers me).
It takes a long time to receive your order. I also had an issue with the print being off center, but the customer service was very responsive and has issued me a new shirt without hassle. Designs are great. I ordered the standard shirt which is thin, but that is fine for the summer. We are in crazy times now, so maybe shipping is better usually, but now the wait is months.
I ordered some T-shirts that were delivered to the UK for my brother's birthday. His T-shirts were great in fit and quality, but mine came up a bit on the big side (even though I checked sizes on the model in the picture). I emailed TeePublic about this and they replied super fast and processed an exchange immediately.

Placed an order expecting a decent shirt, but what showed up was poorly made and felt nothing like what was described. The fabric was rough, and the stitching looked rushed. It was also way smaller than the size listed—I couldn't even get it on properly. The sizing chart might as well not exist. To make things worse, I tried to fix a mistake in my shipping info shortly after ordering. I got a confirmation that the change went through, but the package still ended up at the wrong place. Reached out to support multiple times and got nothing but generic replies and zero follow-up. No offer to resend or refund. Really dissatisfied with both the product and the service this time around. I've had better experiences in the past, but this one has completely changed my mind.
I tried to buy a men's and children's shirt of the same color in a slightly different design. The color didn't end up matching, but the support to help rectify the issue has impressed me so much. I now would go to TeePublic first before their competitors, because of how satisfied I was with their service, and confidence that if something went wrong, it would be rectified. Not only was it very fast (next business day, and roughly 1-3 hours between email responses during working hours), but each time they responded it was with a good, actionable solution. I also liked that they didn't push me for reviews at all. I ended up asking THEM where to recommend them. Other than the colors not being what I expected originally, the quality of both was also good (and the colors were close; just not identical to one another because they were different product types.)
I inadvertently ordered a T in the wrong color. Then I purchased another in the correct color AND THEN reached out to see if I could get an exchange, by writing this long, drawn-out explanation of what I was hoping to accomplish. Within 5 minutes, Madalina contacted me, told me they were refunding the first shirt and that I could keep it, donate it, etc. Amazing. And then about 10 minutes later the money was in my account. I've dealt with TeePublic in the past and I will be sure to do so in the future!...you can't go wrong!
I was very excited for my shirt to arrive, and although it took a few weeks, the experience was absolutely worth it. When the shirt arrived, the picture wasn't quite what I expected, but the customer service team was amazing! They quickly responded to my concerns and let me pick out a new shirt for free. Their prompt and friendly service turned the situation around, and now I have a shirt I love. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service!
I'll echo many others who have had very good words to say about this company. I only bought a single tee-shirt, so my context is limited. But for that one purchase, the product arrived surprisingly quickly, and was fully up to my expectations in terms of quality, fit, etc. It was also competitively priced. All good!

It's pretty simple. I love tee shirts. I always find one or two I really like at TeePublic.
Customer service is stellar. The tees are good quality and I'm supporting an artist. Why would I shop anywhere else, TeePublic's got a great track record with me.
I placed a fairly large order that got delivered earlier than promised by the Company, which was quite pleasant surprise as it arrived days before the Holiday. The items were fine insofar as design and quality, but the female shirts had some sizing issues. Thinking the sizing would never get resolved, or weeks later if at all, I sent a short e mail explaining the problem the day after Christmas. Shockingly (and for the positive); within hours I received a full and completely favorable resolution to our sizing issues. I own a business and am fairly busy so don't write many online reviews, but when things go so (unexpectedly) well, I felt compelled to do so. My experience with TeePublic has been great.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
