I ordered what was advertised as a high-quality shirt, but what arrived felt cheap and uncomfortable—definitely not what I paid for. The fit was completely off, with proportions that made no sense. I've ordered from this company before and was happy, but something has clearly changed. On top of that, the delivery process was a mess. I updated my address shortly after placing the order, got confirmation that it was changed, yet the item was still shipped to the wrong place. Customer service hasn't been helpful at all. No resolution, no replacement, nothing. Really disappointed and won't be ordering again.
