I ordered a shirt and it arrived quickly. Excellent! Now I'm just typing to fulfill the one hundred word requirement.
As always, the shirt print looks good artistically and in production quality. The S&H took a moderate amount of time.
T-shirts arrived eventually, quality is excellent. Tfury takes a little longer to ship than RedBubble though.
The women's options are really limited, most of the time. I love my teefury shirts. I buy the women's for a more feminine cut and neckline, and softer, lighter cotton. But I pass on many many shorts, simply because they don't offer a reasonable color choice. Often when the men's shirt comes in a color that complements the print, the women's choices are only black, or only white, or only a color that does not look good with the print. It's extremely frustrating, and I don't want to wear men's tee shirts, so they lose A LOT of sales that I would otherwise complete.
Shirt arrived well before the "arrive by" date. Design looks nice and is comfy. Haven't washed it yet so can't tell how color-safe it is.
I had an issue with my order, but your customer service was quick to respond and fix the problem--even offered me a discount for a future purchase! I'm a very happy customer.

The red "sun" of the white tee is of poor quality, bled all over my whites in lukewarm wash, TF couldn't do anything about it. So now a quarter of my wardrobe is Peep-pink. Won't be buying from them again.
I follow the guidelines for shirt sizes and the size I get is never correct. It's frustrating to spend so much money on a tshirt and it's the wrong size and you can't return it.

Good quality shirts. Arrived a week earlier than projected. Pleasantly surprised. Designs looked good on the shirt and colors were what was reflected in the photographs. Website experience was quick and easy to handle. Search function worked well and made it easy to find designs that I was interested in.

Ordered three shirts, one was ripped. No complaints otherwise! This most likely happened in shipping. I was unsure whom to contact.
Considering (most of) the T-shirts have to be printed before shipping, the process doesn't take too long, and the T's are great! (I own quite a few of them now!) the shipping is very reasonable for transatlantic.
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
