The delivery to Germany came two weeks before the estimated deadline. Ordering process was quick and easy and the delivered package was in good condition!
I reordered a shirt I had ordered previously and was disappointed when it arrived because the colors were completely different and not like the illustration. I contacted customer service and the were very help and explained that there are different printing processes used for daily tees vs on demand. The previous order had been a daily tee that I received lots of positive comments on however the shirt was wearing out so I wanted a replacement. Sadly the replacement doesn't look as good. Perhaps it should be more prominent on the website that there are different printing processes at check out time.
I ordered 3 shirts back in June and still haven't received them. Never had an issue with TeeFury before.
While the order process and receipt of the shirt was easy as it always has been, my most recent purchase after only 1 wash started to reflect the print had rubbed off. Not sure if it was just the particular print that I ordered, the shirt material change or if I want the print to last I have to order the higher priced shirt material?

I ordered two grab bag T-shirts from Teefury, as they were coming from the U.S. I was advised that delivery would take about two weeks, no problem there I'm happy to be patient. Two weeks pass and i get a card from Royal Mail saying that I need to pay an £11.15 customs charge, not very happy about it but if I wanted my stuff it'd have to be paid. I paid the charge and recieved the Tshirts in good time. The reason for the charge was that the parcel had been given a value of £20.00 instead of the £14.00 or so I had actually paid but I hadn't recieved any notification from Teefury regarding any extra charges. The Tshirts themselves are awful; I understand that the grab bag idea is basically to shift excess stock but I've seen better print quality and subject matter along the promenade at Blackpool.
I love love love all of the shirts I have ordered from teefury so far! Unique designs that hold up great in the wash! Always get comments!
TeeFury accidentally sent me the wrong size for my shirt (Youth XL when it was supposed to be an Adult XL). They were quick to resolve the issue and sent me the correct size.
The first time I ordered the shirts fit well. This time, though I ordered the same size, the shirt was too small. It's a pretty shirt, well made, but, I can't wear it.

Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
