I placed an order early June, and contacted them at the end of July for an update as my order had not shipped yet. I got an automated message saying it would take 2 weeks for a response. I waited 3 weeks and still no response, emailed again, this time requesting a full refund, and got another message saying it would now be 4 weeks for a response. That length of time to wait for a reply is ridiculous! I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and TeeFury responded the next day saying they will issue a full refund. So if you are still waiting for a refund submit a complaint to the BBB.
After months of no product being delivered, they refunded only my shipping and handling. Still haven't refunded my payment, sent my product, or responded to an email.
I ordered a shirt June 2nd. I requested a status update Jul 23 and was met with a "2 week delay" on customer service response. 16 days later I resent my request and received a "4 week delay" on responses. Now I'm waiting for September for a response to an order that should have been fulfilled over 2 months ago.
The shirt in question was supposed to part of a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. I ordered it over a month in advance to ensure I'd have it and here we are.
My wife ordered a shirt from Red Bubble and got her order in less than a week. (We like buying each other silly shirts as gifts)
I've used and supported TeeFury for YEARS (feels like over a decade) but this last order was unacceptable. 5 shirts and 2 hoodies so this wasn't a single shirt of the day order so I gave them extra time on everything. More than stated time before I contacted them to check on status. Then I gave extra time for replies that never came. Finally had to open a PayPal dispute.
So much time wasted picking out shirts. I was really excited for some of the designs also.
Add that I'm friends with many artists and it really bothers me knowing the artists that drive the business model aren't making money.
Get your act together TeeFury or just shut it all down please.
I'm disappointed with this company. They used to sell and fulfill T-Shirt orders and had an actual customer service department. Now, they just take your money, don't fulfill orders and no longer have customer service. Will not buy from them again. Avoid!
A once great company that is now totally fraudulent. The artists are great. You can find them elsewhere. TeeFury are hopefully about to fail.
They had nice and original tshirts (I own several from them), but I bought from them on Fathers' Day 2 tshirts, and it's been 2 full months and I didn't get them, and when I wrote to them a few days short of that 2 full months marker, I was told it would take 4 weeks to get a reply... they used to be great but now they are just full of crap.
In the past was great. Now they are terrible. Take your money but not send you the order. Then when you submit a support ticket they say it will take them a month to respond. Unacceptable.
I use to love teefury, they had my size, shirts use to come on time... But not anymore! I've been waiting for my order since June! It's almost September! I have emailed them twice and no response. I don't know what to do.
Teefury is Horrible! Taking forever to get shirts! Will not be ordering from them ever again! Apparently everyone else is having the same issue.
Tee Fury used to be great, but lately they take your money, and never deliver on orders. Avoid them!
DO NOT purchase from Teefury. I probably own over 200 of their shirts and had not bought any more for over a year. Because, well I own over 200 of their shirts... I purchased a shirt back on 7/31/18 and never received it or a tracking number. Submitted a complaint, got a ticket number, and no response other than this will take at least 4 weeks to read my complaint. I called my bank and asked them to reverse the charge. This company has gone downhill so bad all they are doing is STEALING the shirt off your back and taking your money too. Maybe someone should make an "I bought a t-shirt from Teefury and all I got was ripped off" t-shirt!
I ordered shirts 12 weeks ago and still have not heard anything, despite two emails to the company. I am now contacting my credit card company and freud department.
I've been ordering from Teefury since 2012. In the earlier days before they got too big for their britches, the customer service was top notch and delivery time was reasonable. I have had a few hiccups over the years (holidays, printing, etc.). But not as bad as it is now. They don't respond to email and have a 2 week window for when they will respond (I have yet to receive one but I assure you if I did this at my job I'd be fired). They throw out empty apology social media posts. They have had an issue with fulfillment since May. They still continue to take peoples money with wait times as long as 3-4 months. I am a patient person but this is ridiculous. I finally had to file a dispute with my bank. Whoever is CEO of this company should be fired and they need a complete business overhaul. We should start a class action lawsuit for theft.
I ordered 4 weeks before an event, the event came and went without the shirts I needed. Time is still passing without product and shipping I was charged for. I asked for a refund without a reply. Clearly they are staffing marketing since they have daily social media posts and emails mocking those awaiting their orders. I got similar shirts on redbubble and received them within days.
This is the third time I have had issues with this company. They don't reply to email, social media or even phone calls.
Wish I could give them zero stars. Ordered shirt and they took my money right away but I never received it. Finally got a response from customer service but it was just to say they are switching systems or something like that and that orders would start being fulfilled, but still nothing. I'm not the only one that has had this experience either. And they still have the audacity to continue advertising shirt designs even though they are "backed up with orders." Shut this place down. They have a mile long list unhappy customers who have been waiting months for the shirt they ordered.
I've ordered many shirts from TeeFury over the years and have always been happy with the customer service and the products.
But I ordered one of their daily tees 44 days ago with no shipment notification and no responses to multiple attempts to contact their customer service team.
This is unacceptable.
Once upon a time, TeeFury used to be a great company. Nowadays, they just steal people's money and they don't send any teeshirts out. I would love to receive the product I ordered or even an email confirming my order.
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
