Best idea for a business

Its all profit. You order and they take your money. You get nothing. They dont have to buy fabric or ink. Probably dont have many employees cause i know they dont have someone answering emails. They say the cant do refunds becuase of some blah blah bs. What a joke. Criminal action should be taken out on this company.

I've ordered dozens of shirts over the last 4 years with no issues. Cue 2018, the year of terrible service. By all evidence it would seem the company is about to go bust and is taking as much money from people as possible before then.

Dont wash the hoodie.

I haven't had any issues with teefury until I got a printed hoodie. Weeks after I received my purchase, the print on the back of it started to flake, and now theres a gigantic chunk missing down the middle. Gotta say, little disappointed by that, but still an overall good site.

Excellent designs, ok quality shirts

I have been using Teefury for a long time and has always been impressed with the designs. Shirt quality is ok but not super comfortable. Maybe I'll try out the premium shirt variation next time and see if it's better.

In the past few months TeeFury has basically turned into a criminal organization. Orders placed are not fulfilled, even though money is immediately collected. Queries to their support email are ignored. If you look at the comments on their site or social media profiles, no one is getting their orders, they are responding to no one even though they continue to advertise new products every day. Recent positive reviews are likely fake, so be cautious.

I placed an order two months ago, emailed them a month later after it remained unfulfilled, and their auto-response said it would take a month to get back to me. This in and of itself is outrageous, and their own deadline passed with no response. I will be taking action to get my money back, and I suggest that anyone else who placed an order with them in recent months do the same.

TeeFury is basically a criminal operation that needs to be shut down.

Same as everyone else for the last 6 months. Orders placed in May. Feeble customer service response. Apology in July. Fake shipping email in August to get the BBB complaints to go away (and to make it difficult to get a chargeback with your credit card company). No explanation. No communication. Still get daily emails and see daily posts on Facebook. Selling shirt after shirt after shirt. Collecting more and more money. Shipping nothing. It's theft. It's criminal. It should be shut down immediately. They are stealing money every day. And I imagine their artists are getting stiffed too.

Never Arrived, No Response Back

Usually I never have a problem with TeeFury but this time my item never arrived and I never received a response when I messaged them about it. Very disappointed. I don't think I'll do business with them again in the futures.

I have ordered from them for several years with no problems at all, other than the occasional slow ship. But I ordered 1 shirt in May, and it's now almost OCTOBER and I haven't gotten my order, no response to repeated attempts to get a status update... NOTHING. My daughter ordered 2 shirts before I did, never got her shirts and had to go to her bank for refund help. I finally put in a request with PayPal to see if I can get my money back too. How does a company go down the tubes so fast?

I have purchased from TeeFury in the past and never had any issues. However, back in May I ordered a shirt from them and the money was taken out of my account within the next day or two. When I never got a shipping notification from them after about 2 weeks I e-mailed them and got no reply. I e-mailed them again a few weeks later asking about the status of my order and still go no reply. I e-mailed them AGAIN, a few weeks later (at this point it had been 2 months since my initial order) and they FINALLY e-mailed me back. In the e-mail they claimed that they they had "recently migrated our site and we encountered some problems in our system that prevented our orders from being processed correctly." They managed to be able to take my money quite efficiently but cannot process the orders? They did refund me for the shipping costs (about $2) which did show up on my bank statement and in the e-mail they said they would be processing these orders in the next 7 days. Another whole month goes by and nothing. So I e-mailed them again. At this point it had been 3 months since my initial purchase and at this point it seems clear they are not sending me my product so I ask for a refund. No reply, no refund. 2 weeks after that I got an e-mail that my order had finally shipped. That was over 2 weeks ago and my product has yet to show up and there is not tracking information which leads me to believe that they didn't actually send it. It has now been 4 months since I have ordered my product. I have e-mailed them at least 4-5 times and they only replied to one. This is just plain ridiculous.

**UPDATE: I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and within 4 days TeeFury refunded me my money. In their response to the BBB they said "our customer service response time is significantly delayed due to a high volume of received tickets." Except they wouldn't have such an influx of tickets if they actually sent out their product? Also, they did admit that their response time is significantly delayed but the fact that they only replied to me once in a span of 4 months is beyond ridiculous. I am glad that after months of asking them for a refund they finally refunded me, it's just a shame that I had to get the Better Business Bureau involved in order for a refund to happen. It seems like a lot of other people on this website are having similar problems so if you want a refund I strongly urge you to file a complaint with the BBB, TeeFury clearly responded to that method. I have no plans to buy from this company in the future. They have just stopped sending out their product and refuse to respond to complaints from people who just want to know where their product is. Terrible business practice.

Ordered a shirt on July 13th with the intention of popping into the US at the end of August to pick it up at my mom's house.

Got my order confirmation as soon as I ordered and nothing seemed wrong until I got an e-mail from them on Aug 24th saying my order was ready to ship. I had just assumed my shirt had been sent in July. The e-mail gave a link and it was clear that they had not actually shipped my shirt yet, as there was no tracking information.

I contacted their customer service e-mail to which I got the laughable reply which said they would reply in 4 weeks.

As others have said, TeeFury has become a scam. They are taking money but not shipping out product. Don't waste your time with these jokers.

3 months NO ORDER
August 30, 2018

Was recommended this company as a friend has a tonne of tshirt from them. Decided to get his birthday pressie from them and nothing but hassle. Order was placed 31st May and now we are the 30th of August still nothing. Had shipping refunded but that's it. Recent email sent 6th August not replied too. Anyone know any sort of trading standards I can contact? I'f I'm not getting the shirt I at least want the money back.

I heard great things about Teefury for years and jumped at the chance to order a couple shirts with one of my favorite artists art on them. That was a mistake. I ordered two shirts on July 12th and now over a month and a half later I have heard nothing but canned messages in response to the messages I sent them asking about my order. They are not sending out their shirts at least since what looks like may. Don't waste your money ordering from them.

TeeFury used to be a great business: great shirts, great service, decent prices. I own a ton of their shirts and would have given them 5 stars as recently as 3 months ago.

But I've had the same experience as everyone else this summer: no delivery of Father's Day order, no communication since July. They refunded my shipping costs early in our battle, but now their return emails say they will respond within 4 weeks and still no order fulfillment or refund. If the company is melting down they should really close down until it's under control, but they are still sending daily ads. That's just bullshirt.

I ordered a shirt on June 28th. As of mid-August, it is still listed as "unfulfilled". I emailed CS asking for updates, and got nothing but an auto-reply. Eventually, I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. As of August 22, just an auto-reply. I finally ended up buying the shirt from a rival site and got it within a week.

Terrible business practices, and horrible customer service. I don't see these people being in business for much longer.
