I've order several times and several different items. Never had an issue with this company. Things are reasonable prices and were delivered in a timely manner.
I placed an order and they said about 10 days for delivery. Ok took longer nbd, however, it wasn't even close to what i ordered. You can't contact the company because there isn't a phone number. I emailed them and even sent the a screenshot of my invoice and the picture of what was sent. No response. I finally found a phone number but that was only for texting. I kept emailing and texting and finally i got a. Response saying they don't have a record of my order. I sent it all again. Finally they said well ship it back. What? How in the hell do i ship back what i didn't receive. Then they said ship back what we sent you. Why would i pay for shipping to ship back what i didn't order. They said they wouldn't ship what i did order until i shipped what they sent. So now im really pissed. Then they lied and said they shipped it and I would receive it very soon. I asked for a tracking number, never got it. They say they are a small company, well i don't give a crap how big you are. You don't have a company if you don't have customers. Worst customer service ever. Do not order unless you have money to just give to crooks. I do not!
Items took a month to arrive and then, when they finally did arrive, one of the items was a different color than what ordered. Don't think I'll be ordering fro them agian.
I ordered 2 items. First item took a month to arrive - ok a little annoying, but I can deal with that. The second item never arrived. Tracking showed it was delivered to an address 50 miles away. I emailed customer service and they said they couldn't do anything since it was showing as delivered. Explained that it was delivered to the wrong address and they refunded me for the wrong item. Emailed again, and was refunded more, but only 90% of the purchase price. Cannot get an answer as to why they take 10% when it's their error.
The product that I ordered (a Mophie) did not work right out of the box. Never even powered on. However, that really wasn't the issue. Things happen. I get it. The issue, was when it took forever to get a reply from Tanga to an email where I state the problem and asked what to do about it? Once I finally received a reply, the CS employee named "Kendall" was extremely rude and did not attach a return label as stated. She only attached a Return Form Authorization. She further went on (in another email days and days later) to state that my email is the problem, not her and not Tanga! She was horrible. Issue still not resolved because they are so SLOW. Not only slow but rude and the Mophie never worked. Spend your money elsewhere folks. Tanga has gone downhill. They used to be AWESOME! Need to purge employees like Kendall.
I placed an order and paid for it. I never received it. They say they delivered it. So now they tell me to check with my post office, UPS, FedEx and neighbors. It was a mistake ordering anything from Tanga. I should have just bought it at a local store. It sure would have been easier and I could have avoided this awful experience. I asked for a refund but they will not give me one!?

3 weeks no product yet. Shipping dates keep being pushed back. Not nice. Item shipped via DHL. THERE IS NO DHL ANYMORE! At least not here in TX. Tracking now says here in TX from NJ several days ago but expected delivery date of yesterday now pushed back to next week some 7 days after it arrived near me. I had a shipment that stated it would have all 8 of my items in it. When received it only had 1 item. Contacted them through email and 3 days later finally got a response stating that I needed to check with my neighbors or post office. After checking with my post office it was determined that only one very small package was part of this delivery. This was the item that I received. No other information on the remaining 7 items. Cannot contact Tanga and discuss problem so emails continue back and forth with a response from them about 2-3 days later with no solution.
I've tried using Tanga for a few years now. They have good deals. And when there are no problems, it's great. The issue is that there have been frequently problems. Of the 2 items I tried to buy for Christmas, and a couple I bought earlier this year, more than 50% of those orders I have encountered issues with.
The website does not show your new order until you have already received them, so finding the status or info about your orders MUST be done by making sure to save those email confirmations. Overall, it's just a pain to use.
My purchase was a gift but will "NOT" arrive on time.
Pointless service they have, I contacted them 2 seconds after I made the order and found out how long the shipping would take.

I purchased a Chromebook that was damaged when it arrived. The so called text option is non existent. No one answers. It took several days for them to respond to my email to get a return shipping label. Its been nearly 2 weeks since I sent back the item and I have heard nothing. For a company that touts itself as a little company that treats its customers like family. If my family treated me like they have they would be disowned. An absolute horrible experience with this company. Would never buy from them again
I ordered two sets of arm warmers for the low price of $7 on Nov 14th. I followed up when I didn't receive shipping info and was told I shouldn't expect them until Dec 14th. A month!? If I had known that, I wouldn't have bought them. Beware of this site - they are not honest about their shipping times or delivery expectations.
Bought a refurbished laptop from Tanga. Arrived with a non-functional battery. It wouldn't charge. Asked for a replacement battery. In the meantime, using it plugged in, I downloaded, installed and configured all of my essential apps. Tanga support wrote back in a timely fashion, but could supply a replacement battery, but did offer to send a return authorization and credit my card. That wouldn't work since I had already invested significant time configuring the computer. So, decided to eat the cost of a battery($22) and proceed. Next disappointment is the Windows 10 advertised with the laptop is not activated and no activation code was supplied. Haven't checked to see what it will cost to activate Windows 10, but it's an added expense no matter what it is. Tanga emails into the Spam folder from now on.
I bought a three pack of iPhone charger cords. It took 15 days to receive them and two days later, they no longer work. I have tried to text and email tanga to get my money back and have received NO response. I would not buy anything from this company as they clearly DO NOT honor their 30 day guarantee.
I wish I would have read all of these negative reviews prior to doing business with these people. They talk a good game on their website, advertising that theyre small business and think of us customers as family. Ha! It seems like some fly by night operation. I ordered a refurbished MacBook which I was told in the tracking info would arrive a week and a half later. Longer than I usually care to wait but their website did indicate that orders take longer. On the day of delivery I got notice from FedEx that they couldnt deliver without a signature that I supposedly made a requirement. Not true. I work during the days like most people and never request this. That should be my choice, not theirs. Or at least notify me so I can have the package delivered to my work address. After talking with FedEx I was told no changes to that requirement, pickup location, or even the ability to pick up at a FedEx facility are allowed, per the company sending the package. Called Tanga to get this changed, only got voicemail with a message stating they would get back to me within 48 hours! You cant talk to a person, only text with somebody who is clearly not trained and responds ever so slowly. Requested a phone call... nope, they cant do that. Tanga tells me they cannot contact the vendor to make changes to delivery details. Shouldnt they have a more efficient and customer oriented relationship with their vendors? So I just have to wait until FedEx makes two more delivery attempts which I will not be home to get, and THEN I can simply go pick up the package when its convenient for me, according to Tanga rep. Nothing about this is convenient. Online shopping with on time delivery with no hitches is convenient. I could have had my order custom built and delivered via Pony Express in less time. Between their disorganization and horrid customer service, I say, dont waste your time to save a few bucks. Im sticking with Amazon, or just about anybody else for that matter.
Finally received the package today, on Halloween. Talk about cutting it close... I had already gone out yesterday and bought my daughter another costume as the tracking still stated it was in China! The product is nice, good quality. Def a good price as well. Changed my review to a 3 as the shipping situation is crazy. In summary, good item at a good price but took forever to get it. Would not recommend ordering for a specific event unless far in advance. Company could do sonething to streamline shipping or at least be more upfront with customers when they order and say to allow 7 to 10 days for shipping, when its really 2 to 3 weeks.
Ordered Oct. 11th a costume piece for my dtr for Halloween, still have not received the item. It is Oct 27th and it still shows that it is in CHINA. Very dissatisfied, site says to allow 7 to 10 days for shipping, should be more up front on business operations.

Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
