My first purchase was a drapery set. The price was right and I figured they'd be good enough for a spare room. I was surprised at the quality when they arrived and decided to use them in the living room instead. Good deals and the website is easy to use.
Finally received my COMPLETELY DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE today, after waiting weeks after the promised delivery date. Wrong sizes sent and both shirts COMPLETELY defective. Ink is inconsistent and there are marks all over the shirts. The sizes are a child's MEDIUM and a woman's large. I ordered 2XL (men's) for both and it clearly states that on my order. Terrible experience with the Tanga company. I left two messages today on their company customer service line a week ago- and no response at all. I have written them 7 times and finally got a generic response they will refund my money in ANOTHER 21 business days AFTER they receive the merchandise back- which I have to return myself. I am not kidding the shirts I ordered are pathetic and shoddy. I never write bad reviews but they deserve ZERO STARS.
I ordered a laptop and didn't like it. I emailed and texted but they took 4 days to reply to my email. All they said was that they needed my name and order number but I already provided it in the previous email. They were basically giving me the run around. Anyway I finally returned the laptop but have yet to receive a refund and it's been TWO MONTHS! They won't return my emails.
The blue pair that were advertised for sleep are very soft and fit. The black pair that was supposed to be long underwear is much too small. It is really thin too. Poor quality, won't keep you warm.

I was extremely disappointed in these slipcovers when they arrived. They didn't look anything like the picture. They won't stay on the chair when you sit in them. I was especially disappointed in Tanga, when they said sorry but we aren't taking returns on this item, even though the item is not as advertised. Know this is a small company and really wanted to support them, but I guess that not going to happen now.
I have purchased several items so far using Tanga and they have all been very gratifying. I find the quality and service top rate and would highly recommend Tanga to anyone I know. I'm always suspicious of discounted merchandise websites but this one is legit. A+

All items from different orders were packaged properly. All items were as advertised except a keyboard vacuum (neither one of them worked). TANGA not only refunded my money in a timely manner but also gave me additional credit to make up for the disappointment.

Most of everything I have received so far has met or exceeded my expectations. However, I ordered two nightlights which I received yesterday. They are very, very cool. However, they were shipped with the small light bulbs pre-installed into their sockets. BOTH of the bulbs broke off leaving the metal helix casing still screwed into the socket. So I have two broken light bulbs that I cannot replace because I cannot get those tiny metal casings out. I will work on it this weekend but I am not happy!

Tanga was brought to my attention via an advertising email. I was skeptical at first because it offered items at relatively low prices (to a large extent, prices indicate quality). I decided to try it out with a few purchases. It turned out that Tanga exceeded my expectation. I received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. Shipping is free which is a plus. Product quality is decent, but once again proportional to prices. I think I would recommend Tanga to my friends.
Great deals on some cool products. I found a bag(I'm using it as a purse). I love and it was priced at a price I could afford. I loved it so much I ordered a second in a different color just a few days ago. The products are as promised.
I ordered some neck pads around 1/14/17. They said it shipped on 1/17/17 and it still isn't here. No excuse for that. Two other items I ordered after that have been here for awhile.
I discovered Tanga last year and have been impressed every day since! The variety of the sales are intriguing. The service has been impeccable. The delivery has been top rate. Recently Dr. Dre separated from the original partnership of Monster headphones, which is another reason we can get these at such a great price! These Beats are authentic, however are no longer associated with current Dr. Dre models. If you'd like to return, just reply to my email and we can go from there. Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
