The bladewalker is very hard to find on your site. Also there is no customer service via phone. It took almost 2 weeks for you to ship out when stated it was in stock. That is not right. Not even a notice of why or when. May not order again.
Like what I've seen so far. Will keep you handy for future orders. Only checked back one time about the timeline for receiving the rest of my order and got a speedy reply that told me what I needed to know. Was totally happy about every aspect of my order.
Good prices and great selection of fishing tackle. What I don't like is when they tell you that they are out of stock and can ship within two to three days and two weeks later I have to call the vendor myself and get them to ship items to me after I had paid for shipping from tackle direct.
Shipping and delivery time are great, pricing are compatible. Have found item with you that I have not been able to find with other sites. Recommend Tackle direct to anyone. Great place to shop for all of the fishing necessities.
Horrible experience. No follow up after multiple attempts. Listed items as MULTIPLE in stock, when they were not.
Had to file a Paypal claim to eventually get a refund.
Blaming Covid on bad customer service or falsifying stock levels is no excuse.
If I ever need fishing gear again to keep my boat or crew fishing ( safely) I would not hesitate to pick up the phone and call in order to be ready for us waiting at the dock to all happy fishing. Capt ken
I needed a gift for my nephew who loves fishing and the 13 fishing reel he wanted was at an exceptional price here so I ordered it right away. It was delivered in a timely manner. I would definitely order from here again.
I don't mind shopping here but I like to get all of my products at one time. I have other orders elsewhere, and sometimes I place another order with you'll before I received the first one. And any back order makes it hard to keep up
I only received part of my order. When ordered I was never told items were out of stock. It's been a few weeks and still have heard ZERO about the rest of it. When I called I was told he believed it would ship once in stock. In my opinion it's been way too long and no communication from TD.

I ordered items in April and only a partial order has been received in May. I have no idea when to expect the rest of my order. The communication about the delay or status is non existent. I love the store but dislike the customer service.
Slow to respond. Due to living in Bermuda my order was sent on 1 invoice with back ordered items which makes it difficult to clear our Customs. Not sure if there was a way when I ordered to cancel the back ordered items and reorder later.
Ordering was simple had to wait awhile on the reel because it's pretty popular it was on back order I got the okuma avenger ABF 8000. I will be ordering from them again... The customer service was amazing we stayed in touch via email... Wonderful company and great staff...
Response time was very slow but I realize that this could be shipping out of a state that may have political obstacles preventing you from preforming like normal. I will more than likely buy from you again.

I tried ordering some ( circle) hooks from a big box store. They confirmed my order then a few days later canceled it on me.That is very annoying
I looked for more hooks online. Your company came up so I gave you a try.
I had my hooks in a few days and at a better price.

My order had to be picked up from the post office. It was a bit of a hassle to do that when my post office is only open until 2 and I work until 4. Other than that everything was excellent. I will use this site again for my bigger purchases.

Only complaint is that it took far longer than normal for my order to process but I am aware this was likely due to site maintenance.
Overall the site was great and the shopping was good. I really appreciated the email updates after the order was placed. It took me a long time however to actually place an order with the gift card I had received. The reason is that several of the products I was looking for I did not find on the website. Ultimately I purchased a net that I had had my eye on. I am more than satisfied with the net, but it may be awhile till I purchase anything there again since my daily needs weren't available. It won't keep me from checking back periodically as I price match.
Overall my experience was positive. However, when I found out two of my items were back ordered is attempted to cancel those items, as they would not be in in time for my beach trip. I never received a reply to my request to cancel those items. The cost was only a few dollars so I just let it go.
I have NEVER had a problem of any kind ordering through this company, I get what I ordered, and also when they give me a date, it is here on that date,.
Free shipping helped. In stock items or vendor needs to be updated. Took a few weeks to receive items though it says in stock or vendor to ship within 3 days. The negative really is they are holding the orders until they receive everything before shipping. If I ordered 5 items and 3 or 4 was available and ready to ship, they will hold it until all 5 are ready to ship. Other than that. Overall was good.
Answer: Yes, other companies I have used for online purchases are much better with communications and customer service.
