Never send clothes to them! They claim they don't know what I'm talking about. Instead of saying they lost my box of clothes... Extremely poorly management.
I PLACED AN ORDER IN FEBRUARY 2016 WHICH WAS MY FIRST TIME. I BUY TOYS FOR THE CHRISTMAS TOY SHOP IN FLORIDA ALL DURING THE YEAR. I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE ITEMS THAT I RECEIVED. THEY WERE EVERYTHING THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE AND IN GREAT SHAPE. I WILL CONTINUE TO ORDER ITEMS FROM THIS SITE.

I was a bit nervous at first. But the overall experience was quite nice. I did receive 3 pair of shorts that were women's sizes rather then children's, though not a big deal as the prices were not much.

I've made 4 purchases now through swap.com and so far have been very impressed! I'm expecting my first child in 5 weeks. I purchased a waterproof crib mattress pad, nursing cover, and several clothing items for my little girl. I love that I can find 2 items bundled together for $3... can't beat that at my local thrift store. I do have to be careful with the sizing on the bundled items; it might be categorized as "9 months" but the onesie in 9 months and the pants are 12 months.
I was a bit skeptical about items labeled "good" condition since that rating isn't very objective, but each item I've received has been in fantastic condition. The only hiccup I've experienced is that they couldn't locate 1 of my items in their warehouse when they went to fill my order--but they were quick to email me about the problem and refund me that portion of my bill.

Then accepted only 4 items ont of 36
ALTHOUGH 12 of the item i sent were for my baby and never used
THEN they force you to pay an other $5 to get your items back... ugghhhhhh
And if you sell somthing they tock $1,5 dollar +30% as selling fees

Ordered a shirt and pants. Pants weren't for me as I don't wear skinny jeans but passed them on to someone who does. The shirt was perfect and exactly as specified on the site. I would definately shop there again. A++++
I admit, I'm addicted to this fun shopping site. You only need a few bucks to do some shopping. Opening the package from Swap.Com is a real treat. I love shopping on swap.com. I feel that the photographs do not do justice for the actual items. I am always pleasantly surprised and anxiously await My arrival. They always resolve your issues immediately. I have never had to return anything although I had items that were a little tight small for me my girlfriends were eager to purchase them from me. I first purchased a sweater shrug and dress. The shrug was too small so I asked for a return label. I was told to keep the shrug for my inconvenience, but was issued a credit to my credit card the next day for the amt of purchase!
I ordered four more dresses; two fit, two were too small. I was immediately emailed a postage pd return label and a fed ex tracking number!
I definitely will purchase from this site many more times!

Answer: I have only placed one order so far. I ordered 10 blouses. I returned 5, due to size issues. All 10 blouses were nice, but 5 did not fit quite right due to different manufacturer's. You need to get an RMA # for returns. I was promptly refunded my money for the 5 blouses. I would order again in the future. I am not aware of any return quantity restrictions. Hope this helps.
Answer: If you want to sell clothes, all the information is on their website. Basically, they get a percentage and then they pay you thru an existing PayPal account that you set up.

Answer: Same here, I sent a box in June and have received nothing nothing saying it was accepted or rejected absolutely nothing. I've sent 5 emails and nothing. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.
Answer: I don't think so. I've sold and from my experience it varies. The things that I thought would sell first, haven't sold yet. It varies by what people are looking for at the time. I've bought all different seasons at random times. I buy by what's a great deal. When selling, group like items together. I've noticed multiple things sell first.

Answer: There's no way for them to go over prices. They have to see the items and determine from going over it, if it's acceptable, once it's accepted, then you have to determine the price you want to sell it for. You could try searching on their site for similar items and see what they are priced at. I did notice when pricing my items that I'd get a little notice with recommended prices, which was very helpful. I didn't have a good experience selling but many others have. Make sure you take pictures of your items, that's very important. I appreciated that their site is set up to allow you to take back your items if you changed your mind about selling them. I'm in the process of getting back my items. Hopefully it works out well and I get all my items back.
