Supermarket Italy

Ordered 5lbs of grated Parmesan cheese. They shipped it in a plastic mailer with a small ice pack….to Arizona were it is 110 degrees. Cheese arrived spoiled and melted. They would not refund or replace it. Offered me a 20% coupon. Don't waste your money here.

I was sold $50. Of 1 year old "fresh" espresso beans. 1 year old is "fresh"?! Whaaaat?!

They said to send them back for a refund. Why? So they can resell them to an unsuspecting customer?! What's wrong with send a photo, and put them in compost, where they belong?!

Horrible customer service. Not ethical.

Adequately protect it. I couldn't be happier with the service!

Your store is just what I've been looking for! I lived in the Chicago area for a major part of my life, but we are now living in a rural area of Texas for the last eleven years. In all that time, I've been looking for an Italian Specialty store in this area, but none were found. Are there no Italians in Texas? An online search took me to Supermarket Italy, and all problem solved! Thank you.

It's so frustrating to buy expensive yet disappointing gluten free items. Supermarket Italy is my go to for my favorite flour, one you can't find in grocery stores. The large size Tamari (gluten free soy sauce) is a must for this Asian food lover.

So far Supermarket Italy provided an excellent service. The packaging is excellent, a lot of precautions are taken to protect the merchandise and also the delivery is pretty fast. The only downside is that once a product becomes out of stock, it takes ages to be back.

Received a package of spoiled octopus that was very late getting here. Had to throw it in the garbage very disappointed have been trying to get my money back for days Neither Supermarket Italy or FedEx seem to want to make it right have nothing but bad things to say about both companies at this point. If you can help refund my money, it would be greatly appreciated

I haven't been disappointed with any of the products I have gotten and the order arrived much faster than I expected which was a plus! They carry good quality items that you cannot find even in fancy grocery stores and their prices are hard to beat for the quality!

I have been shopping at supermarket Italy for a couple of years, you can find everything you need without having to drive into the city. I'm sorry to avoid traffic and missing the wonderful opportunity of visiting family stores but hey! Here it is in one place online with best values ever. Healthful treats for your whole family.

After ordering received a text, mentioned the discount for the first order not expecting it and the lady took care of that and I received a refund. Then two days later the box with the ordered items were received. All excellent quality with really competitive pricing. Looking forward to ordering more. Could you stock some whole wheat flour by the way? Recommend your shop highly, no one should be disappointed.

The order arrived one day earlier than expected, and everything was in perfect condition except for the fabric softener. Despite being wrapped with tape over the bottle cap, the fabric conditioner still leaked out. I would suggest using shrink wrapping to prevent any leakage during delivery.

Quick & easy. I am a regular online customer and love the variety. Whoever packs the boxes for shipping should receive a huge raise because no one else seems to pack items properly anymore. Much appreciated.

Overall, very great. Orange honey sold out but received refund. Label on molasses different from one in picture which was why I bought it. Might want to update photo. Packaged very, very well. Have not tried any product yet.

Was absolutely concerned and worried that glass-bottled items we ordered were going to arrive as a broken mess in the box. They wrapped every item separate with bubble wrap and a leak proof bag. Everything arrived perfect and sealed... Not one item damaged. Good job packing crew!

Found sauce no longer in local market. Shipping needs improvement. Do not place jars on their side as they have little strength in that position. Bubble wrap provides only surface cushion. Better to ship in original case, sell in suitable quantities.

Takes a little while for shipping, but everything is packed well and has never been an issue. Personally I don't mind waiting a couple days longer. Besides it isn't everyday food items I usually order.

My order came exactly as I intended, with no damage and minimal wear (to be expected on fragile bags of flour). It came surprisingly quick too! Thank you for the great product, I'll definitely be purchasing again when I'm out.
