This is the first time I've used your store. I found exactly what I was searching for — a special type of Celtic sea salt. On a whim I also bought some highly rated coffee beans. Haven't tried them yet, but they smell delicious.

Easy to find what I want. Goods are always fresh! The variety of product means everything you need is in one place! Throughout the pandemic and being mostly confined, it was especially wonderful to receive my order.

Delivery is fast. The online market is efficient. I have had no problems. Everything I've purchased has been very nice - some new pastas, sauces. Sweet things like candies, cookies are okay, but not outstanding.

I'm always a little wary of new online shopping sites, but this is the real deal. Great assortment of Italian/Euro products that are tough to find in the US. Delivery was timely and arrived well packed, not breakage or damage despite multiple glass bottles.

Ordered 12 bags of chocolate candy in June that came melted. Got 50% refund although the only opened 1 bag as the others were for gifts so not sure what they would look like. Slow response from customer service. No cooling mechanism no dry ice nothing used to protect the fragile chocolate. Disappointing.

Found them easily online. Purchase was straight forward. Best price I could find + discount on quality ordered. 2 day shipping and communication were great. If only the cheese was cheaper, it's pretty expensive but tastes great!

We've ordered from Supermarket Italy several times over the past few years. Every time the quality of their products is excellent and it reaches us quickly. Our favorite Italian items from family trips that we get to enjoy at home.

The cookies arrived all crumbled. We were lucky if there was a few not broken cookie in each pack. I usually ask my parents to ship the same cookies from italy and, even though i'm expecting some will brake during the shipping, most of them are intact.

The cookies are delicious!
I usually get them at our Italian market but I believe others have discovered them. Now they're hard to get. So we looked up the brand and found your market to order from.
My only complaint was some of our bags out of the nine we bought were crushed and not enjoyable….🙁

Some great stuff. All authentic. Especially loved the salami and speck. If I had one complaint, it was trying to figure out when both shipments would arrive (perishable and non-perishable). However, customer service responded very promptly when I sent emails asking about shipping info.

I had a question via chat, which was answered promptly and by a very friendly person! My only complaint is how long it took to get here (two weeks) but most of that was because it sat at Federal Express for several days.

Was not able to use my 10% discount code for first order. Promo code input box disappeared from the panel before I checked out. I also think you need to set up some more product subcategories: hard to browse through 17 screens of pasta to find one that might be interesting.

Three ways the seller failed: (a.) NO notification when my order shipped or was delivered; (b.) requested gift message NOT enclosed, leaving the recipient confused who sent it; (c.) recipient's cellphone # was plastered all over the carton - - yet the driver did NOT phone to say food was waiting on a scorching hot Florida doorstep.

One of the cans was dented during the transportation. I had this experience once before. The company needs to package the coffee cans with bubble wrap or foam in a better way than what they're doing. Otherwise it got delivered as promised.

An order I placed on November 3 arrived 17 days later-long after I needed it. When the package arrived the contents-candied orange peels were dripping wet-they should be dry-and were totally useless for use in baking. I had to throw them out.

I have ordered from Supermarket Italy in the past, and have always been pleased—-but this time the experience was over the top! I took advantage of the free gift with purchase offer and was beyond delighted with the items I received! I'll be ordering again SOON! Thank you so much!

I've shopped with Supermarket Italy for over 10 years. I've never had a bad experience. Their products are the best, they ship quickly and securely (even for perishable items), and their prices are super competitive. Their people make it though...their customer service team is outstanding.

I ordered for the first time on 4/28/24. I received the order on 5/12/24. I live in Eugene, Oregon, not so far to deliver.

After my order I was informed, on 5/1/24, that one of the items was out of stock. I don't get how that could have happened because the site lists in stock and out of stock items and I was careful to ensure the item was in stock.

One of the items I received has a Use By date of Nov 2024, though all of the others are well into 2025. That's acceptable, but I question how long that item has been in stock.

I am unhappy with the total time it took to receive the order. A competitor in the same are of the country delivered in about 3 days.

The products looked very good. Carefully packed with no damage.

Great selection and some great values! But when they arrived (in two boxes, though I bet they could have used one), every item was in a plastic bag, then wrapped with double plastic wrap (on top of paper and additional plastic AIRplus packets), which made sense for the glass bottles of non-alcoholic wine, but not for the cookies or the soaps. And there is cardboard packaging that is used by wine shops to ship that are perfectly safe for the task. I filled a huge garbage bag (stuffed tight) with the plastic.

I had an issue with two orders, one with a broken jar of marmalade, and another I was sent the wrong kind of marmalade. Both times they refunded my money, although I would have preferred a replacement item. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, it's been OK.
