When it comes to ink cartridges, their selection is limited and maybe there should be a small touch screen system sitting in front that lets you select your brand and model etc etc before looking for someone to help you.
I went to Staples to print some documents and asked for someone to help me because I can't figure out the self service machines.There were 2 women behind the counter neither were busy with customers and didn't look busy with anything except talking to each other.When I asked for help they told me no.They don't help with printing anymore.So helping customers is no longer something Staples does.I will find a new office store
Staples, in my opinion, are an example of what more sites should be like. I ordered some duo-tangs which I misunderstood as being a multicoloured pack, and when I got them, they were all red. So I wrote them requesting a return and within 30 minutes they responded. They gave me my money back and told me I can keep the product as well, and said to donate it to a school or organization. I thought that was absolutely amazing. Also, it got here in no time. Literally. I ordered it one day, it was here the next. Amazing service. Will be ordering my daughters school supplies from there every year.
My son was in west Vancouver Stables with a friend looking at gaming PCs and to get his friends opinion on a desk and chair. Manager comes out of no where and tells them to "go now" and follows them out the store.My son just assumed maybe it was closing cause it's in a mall but he went back an hour later and the store was still open. So why were they randomly kicked out? No customer service at all! Extremely unprofessional.
Amazing customer service. Great quality of a print at a reasonable price! Will go back again for all my prints! They look phenomenal and I always get my print/prints within a couple days of my purchase. Thank you staples! For making my business work!
John has always been great at what he does and always with a smile! Even challenged me to battle him in school donation sales:-) I bought 1 wish I could have bought more. Zack was there as well and loved to see the team work with him jumping on the register to help the line go down. John, you are truly an asset to Staples. Been on the phone with an Asian woman named "Ann". When they are unable to answer your question they transfer you to the group again so they don't have to deal with you. This is ridiculous and a complete waste of time! I can't use a company that doesn't even monitor their team abroad. It shows complete incompetence.
I ordered a laptop for my son on Staples website. The delivery was late by 2 days, but that's not a big deal until i found out they delivered a USB connector in place of a laptop. Contacted the support, who wants me to return the item before they start the refund. I contested that my refund should be processed right away, as the responsibility of shipping a wrong item is their fault. Why would you delay my refund for your fault? Anyways I started the return process, only to find out that their shipping instructions won't work. I can't even print the shipping label.
THATS IT. I am disputing the transaction with my credit card company. I am not going to return a stupid $10 USB connector by paying its shipping charges (clearly more than its cost). I was feeling bad for Amazon eating their lunch, but now fully understand why they deserve it. Bad customer service.
I used to buy my computers here until I spent $3000. 00 for computer that did not work and sending it in for repair right after purchase and had to pay for that to Boot, I will never Again! I went there not too long ago again-the store was so very dirty-the people were so very rude-the customers so loud and rude! I don't know what the heck is going anymore at Staples, but the Need Rehab!
Do not buy anything from Staples, customer hostile policies are in place, especially Quince Orchard store. Worst merchandise return policy ever was communicated to me from the manager of this store. Here it goes, If you have lost your receipt (life happens) then they will give back lowest historical price of the merchandise when you try to return it. In my case they said they will give me back 20% of the price I paid. So if you buy a office chair or a printer worth $1000, as soon as you get out of the store and lose your receipt in parking lot, they will happily take it back at Black Friday price of two years prior i. E. $50. In this age of data science, they will not look at recent price of the merchandise but historical lowest ever.
I've seen people reviewing Staples for their bad shipping, or how much they like their products, but not me. I have a different. Reputation with Staples. It all started when I was going to Staples with my beautiful family of 241. We walk through the doors, and a small goblin-man runs into sight. He pulled out some weird device, and before I knew it, my entire family was dead. Do not go to Staples.
I had a very pleasant experience with customer service/public relations and I am more than satisfied. I will definitely order from them online again. Staff is educated on computers and gives great advice.
I stood for fifteen minutes at the counter while 3 associates huddled together talking.I was totally ignored. I told associate at register n he said "Sorry about that" I called Corporate regarding this. I was told it will be addressed. Then went to UPS store and was taken care of immediately. Won't be going back to Staples!
"John" was helping us July 3, day before the 4th. For about 30 minutes, he was trying to get a print out for my daughter while at the same time juggling calls from other store customers. Did not quit. That was way beyond the call of duty for a store manager. 90-30 Metropolitan Avenue. Was really impressed.
I visited your store number 31 on 3/10/23 at 9:55 am est. To purchase ink, envelopes and miscellaneous items. I asked the cashier if he could check to see if I had any rewards. Reluctantly, he finally did check and asked me not to make that request again but to print them prior to my visit. I was the only person in the store at the time. There are many other retail stores that carry these items. The cashier number is ******* and could probably brush up on his customer service skills. My rewards telephone number is *******229. Really love the store. Do not understand why they do not staff it better. Could be fantastic but I will rate it as just good. Shop there every week for my business. Typical of big business in America, saving money on staff.
I was surprised to find the ink for my printer with great discount, free delivery (got within 12 hours delivered at my door)... I could not believe it... looking around to see what other office supplies I need. Very pleased and it was quite a bit cheaper than I found at Amazon... when it comes to office supplies... by by Amazon.
After extensive review, bought an ipad and they shipped the wrong one. Then refused to send the correct one despite it being the only one in stock. By the time they received the return they are now sold out across Canada. Very unhappy child as this was his birthday present. Will buy elsewhere.
Horrible experience. Customer service has no ability to do anything, all they do is email corporate with whatever issue you are having and then they email you back 3 days later. You might go back and forward between emails for weeks trying to resolve an issue. They lost my package amd it has been two weeks and still cant get a refund. Bad experience, will never buy from staples again.
This is must be the worst online store ever. Placed an order twice in three days and cancelled twice, I was not notified neither by phone or email, funds were charged to the credit card.
Reason for cancellation because I don't have a land line phone at my address.
I am a military and I don't stay more than 6 months in one place.
So money gone, item not received, cancellation was not notified
Could it be worse than this?
