I am greatly disappointed

I am greatly disappointed. I paid for a consolidation fee that did not change my package or did any sort of saving. So I paid the extra 5 USD without any saving at all and I was charged. When I did the first calculation for my estimated fees, the DHL express cost was 45 USD. The actual charge was 61 USD. Also I could not use the 10% available to first orders nor any other coupon. Overall If I need from the beginning the actual shipping cost would be 30% more than the initial estimated I would have not used this service. Finally I was not able to send to in a US address. I was only allowed to send this package to Cyprus.

Hi Panicos. Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear you are disappointed in our service. Upon review of your account history, I see your package arrived at our warehouse in a shipping bag weighing 1 lb. A one pound package is the smallest package size we ship, so sadly repacking would not have saved you money. This happens in some cases where the original shipping box or pack is the best fit cost wise. The warehouse should have sent you an email stating the package could not be repacked and refunded the $5.00 repack fee. I am sorry that did not happen. We have refunded that fee for you. Stackry can ship the package in the USA, so I am unclear why you thought that was not an option. I do not see that was discussed with our support team. Currently, Stackry does not have a 10% off coupon for first time shipments. I think you may be referring to our "Refer a Friend" coupon. How it works, is if you refer a friend, they get $10 off their first international shipment. As the referrer, you will also get $10 in Stackry Credit, good for use on any future shipment, when your friend completes their first one. In order to get this coupon, you would have had to sign up with your friend's referral code. I do not see you signed up with a referral code. If you signed up with a friend's referral code and the $10 off was not applied, please reach out to client support to discuss further. The team can also look into why the rate you saw on the calculator was different. Love Stackry. Always fast to ship my parcels.
Processing is always done well with regards to repackaging and I have no complaints.
The few times I've needed to ask any questions customer service was prompt and very polite.

Shipment 825620

Shipment *******. Looks like Stackry did not list all package received and ship all my items. Supposedly it should be 5 items, only 4 shipped despite the invoice labeled 5 items shipped. I asked Stackry about the missing item, but no answer, the item just appeared in my dashboard the next day. Since all items mentioned are from the same order and merchant, they must have been arrived at the same day, but got missed.

This causes me another expensive shipping cost. All in all, it would have been much better if they explain what happened and address if there was any mistake or not— I would understand. Having the item just appeared with no explaination after my enquiry make me disappointed.

Upon review of your contact with customer service, we should have explained the issue better. Stackry received one package for you on 9/13/2024 and you shipped that package from our warehouse on 9/16/2024. Stackry received a second package for you on 9/19/2024 and that package was shipped from our warehouse on 9/20/2024. It seems the retailer shipped your order in two packages that were received at Stackry on different days. This is beyond Stackry's control. I understand it is frustrating, but you should contact the retailer to see why this happened. In the future, Stackry can consolidate your packages into one shipment to save on shipping. Why oh why does a letter opener that looks like a sword and a fencing trophy that they used an actual replica get stopped as swords. Actually understandable re the replica i guess. But why did no one respond to my emails until i asked clearly re a sword rather than sending links showing the letter opener sold as a letter opener... frustrating and slow...

I looked into your account history and see an agent responded to your inquiry, but I apologize if you did not receive the email. We can ship small knives with a blade up to 5 inches long.
