The Fedex in Thailand stated they couldn't contact me despite me emailing and phoning them my package was sent back toStackry who then billed me another $500 + dollars no contact from Stackry or enquiries I wonder what I pay them for shipper beware

Due to international regulations, shipping flammable items requires Stackry to use a certain box size and it limits the economy carriers offered. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. We do believe our prices to be very competitive but keep striving to bring costs down for our customers. Everything is good, only issue that stackers they don't work in weekends hence my shipment and consolidation just started on Thursday and I had to wait 3 days to be processed. It's slow

I initially loved the service, but lately, I've noticed a decline in quality. In my last package, a few items had cutter cuts, likely from an employee rushing through consolidation. Speaking of consolidation, it's taking much longer than it used to—it used to be so quick. I prefer to share today a negative review in the hope of a change.

The staff was able to reconolidate when needed. I have used Stackry in the past. I had things missing in military mail and another item not delivered at all. Stackry items have been delivered fully intact, inventory 100% & unused.
Overall good. In the package description I would like to have more characters available.

Good at quickly shipping the product out, good communication, but definitely not good at consolidating packages (no care shown for handling products carefully, despite several requests and reminders to take care when consolidating multiple items... and that was after receiving multiple shipments with deformed and flattened hats). Hence my decision to no longer have packages consolidated.

Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home

Stackry receives overseas returns in batches and then the team will investigate each return with the carrier. Sadly, some carriers charge Stackry a transportation cost to send the package back to the US. The prices can be steep, because it is an import compared to an export where Stackry receives the best pricing. I looked into your account history and see FedEx advised Stackry the package was returned, because no one was at the address at the time of delivery. They claim they held the package for an extended period before return. To dispute the return charges with FedEx, we will need proof of communication between September 19th and September 30th indicating that you have spoken with a FedEx agent in Thailand. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Please continue to work with client support on this matter and we will do our best for you.
