I found the service very easy to use there was good communication throughout - it was also good to see a photo of the oriignal packaging which is why I asked for it to be re-packaged that was most helpful.
Really quick and simple to use, very easy process overall, but it was mindblowingly expensive! Zero stars for the price, 5 stars for the rest of the experience.

Stacktry works very fast, Consolidation took one day pretty much and they send pictures really fast whenever something comes into your locker.

Generally great but 1 lost package (not Stackry's fault) and 1 hit with massive import tax. The other 5 packages sailed through expediantly.
Mixed bag so far. 1st package lost. 2nd package sailed through. 3rd package ended up in Sweden en route to UK where it picked up a hefty customs charge.
Not quite as reliable as I'd like but overall worth it to avoid excess postage and taxes from US to UK. Also since Brexit messed pretty much everything up many US companies don't send to the UK anymore so Stackry solves that problem.

My money ($22.93) got deducted through Paypal in first attempt. When I clicked on Submit payment, you showed Payment Not Complete, showing for security you wish to verify emails. I verified the email then I had to Pay $22.93 again. I paid twice for the shipping. PLEASE STACKRY REFUND THE COMPANY DEDUCTED AT FIRST.

There are extra security measures for processing a PayPal payment with a different email address then the registered address on file. Because the first payment attempt was processed with a different email address, it was not successful. I looked into your account history and only show one successful payment to Stackry on PayPal. The additional fee you see is a temporary payment hold from your bank for a cancelled payment. The bank needs to confirm the cancellation before releasing the funds back to your available balance. The Fedex in Thailand stated they couldn't contact me despite me emailing and phoning them my package was sent back toStackry who then billed me another $500 + dollars no contact from Stackry or enquiries I wonder what I pay them for shipper beware

Stackry receives overseas returns in batches and then the team will investigate each return with the carrier. Sadly, some carriers charge Stackry a transportation cost to send the package back to the US. The prices can be steep, because it is an import compared to an export where Stackry receives the best pricing. I looked into your account history and see FedEx advised Stackry the package was returned, because no one was at the address at the time of delivery. They claim they held the package for an extended period before return. To dispute the return charges with FedEx, we will need proof of communication between September 19th and September 30th indicating that you have spoken with a FedEx agent in Thailand. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Please continue to work with client support on this matter and we will do our best for you.

Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
