Generally good/smooth, but the shipping costs were rather higher than anticipated this time around. Obviously variation expected based on weight/dimensions, but as an infrequent user, consolidation doesn't help me. I'll think twice before using again.
I tried to use their email support and it's been painful in terms of waiting for responses. They're much faster via chat during their business hours. System appears a little too strict and will not be using again.

Simply put Stackry's processing speed is 5 days faster than comgateway. If you have a question you receive a forthright reply. My last shipment included two sets of ceramic bowls which were perfectly packed w extra bubble wrap. All 8 pieces arrived in perfect condition

Poor after sales. Poor in communication via email. They should be working 24/7 in shifts. How can a warehouse be off? This is an International shipping platform. Timings differ globally so how can one communicate with Stackry if we have any urgent query? Moreover the chat also works during Monday through Friday only!
There are much better services available like MyUs.
I had been using MyUS for a long time, I don't know what went wrong with them in the past months, they've stopped responding at all, 0% response rate to my multiple queries for future shipments. I had no other option but to reconsider my options.

My parcel was lost by Hermes. I submitted a claim, informed I had to wait for 28 days. I waited and waited. Nothing. Got in touch with customer service team (took three 15 mins calls as first two were answered with someone rustling a crisp packet or something similar then hanging up). I'm told they emailed me back with a 7 day deadline to respond. I didn't receive this. No follow up email or call, they just closed the case. Not interested in re-opening up, NO REFUND. They refuse to reopen or look at a new claim.
I'm told I can email the claims team but they probably won't even open the email.
Customer services can't help as it's closed.
AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Go and use another company.
Overall great service, has been reliable thus far. The only thing I'd note is that it's quite invasive to have Stackry open parcels without express permission - other forwarding services do not do this. I'd be hesitant to send anything delicate or of high value through Stackry, as I'd worry that it might get dirty, broken, or tampered with.
I regularly import from America, but often miss out on smaller items because the shipping costs are so high.
I was able to have 10 parcels delivered and combined and the shipping worked out cheaper than it was for a singular parcel delivered directly elsewhere (obviously not all 10 were of equal size but there were 2 larger ones)
I asked for the items to be consolidated and shipped on Sunday afternoon (UK time) they arrived with me on Wednesday morning! Exceptionally impressed.
I spent a long time comparing different mail forwarding companies and checking out reviews, with lots of negative reviews being left about other companies I was still feeling anxious about this delivery, despite the glowing recommendations, having used the service once, I will be regularly doing so.
Customer service is also fantastic, very pleasant and helped me with all my first-time queries easily and promptly.

I love the promptness of logging received packages however shipment changes are unbearable. I encourage Stackry to try adding shippers who are using sea. Although slow and might take more than a month to receive orders but sometimes doesn't make a difference for us

I used Stackry to ship an item I bought from the USA to the U. K. and as I had never done this before needed some help. Stackry customer Service was the best I've come across. They guided and advised me through the whole process which was also very simple. The website is easy to navigate and keeps you updated of every stage your parcel is at. The prices are also the cheapest I've seen when shopping around for this service.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to buy items in the U. S and have them shipped to the U. K. if the likes of Walmart ect don't ship overseas.

Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
