ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I tried to send it back and cancel the trial and was told I couldn't and to try it for 20 more days. After the original 30 days was up I canceled my subscription but was charged anyway. Horrible customer service, if you use the chat service they say to email them and if you email them they say to use the chat service. There isn't ant number to call. I tried for 30 days every single day to get ahold of someone real and never did. The only time I was answered was by the chat bot when trying to cancel the trial and it responded with "sorry you don't like the product at this time we'd like to offer you 20 more days to try it instead of canceling" I said that I didn't want 20 more days I wanted to return it and get my money back and it didn't respond. I tried emailing and got no response. Absolutely horrible product. I saw zero results and ended up spending over $100 with the 30 day trial and the second refill they charged me with after I had already canceled.

I am getting quite tired of having to send this company multiple emails just to figure out why I have not received my money back. It has been over 5 business days since I placed my order. The pre authorization fee should have been returned to my account by the end of yesterday according to the email I received from one of this company's employees. Your company OWES me $76.88. I have sent over 5 emails and absolutely no one has bothered to reach out to me, your customer. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. For the last time, why have you guys NOT returned my money? You were magically capable of having my order picked, packaged, and shipped out only TWO HOURS after I made the order. I know this because an hour after I placed the order for the "Try before you buy" I requested for my order to be cancelled. An hour after requesting the cancellation, your employee stated that the order was already in the process of being shipped. The reasoning behind my request to cancel was due to the fact that the company's website does not visibly display that it is a US website. I have given this company more than enough time and warning before having to do things the hard way. In the photos attached it shows the amount I originally thought I would be paying, until I found out it was a states website; $10 something for shipping and $58 max for the pre authorization fee. I got charged a bit over $14 for the shipping, and $76.88 for the authorization fee.

The web is totally lie

It said clear only $5 and soon you put you card information they charge $112 this is a lie DO NOT put you credit card information WOW I'm very impressed with the poor business. I haven't even received the product and I'm already requesting for refund.

A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion.

AMAZING! My hair normally thin.flat and dry had life again! I was afraid my hair would get greasy … nope! I put it on at night woke up with almost a dry shampoo effect. Really loved this product!

Their mango liquid collagen is an easy way to get into collagen but it is pricy for a 30 day supply. It still has that faint collagen taste that the mango just can't fully mask. It's more cost effective to buy collagen peptides in powder form ($23 for a 45 day supply of Orgain collagen vs. $49 for a 30 day supply of Spoiled Child), which typically provide double the amount of collagen and amino acids per serving than Spoiled Child. Powder collagen peptides lack the vit c component but I mix it with orange juice which fixes that. I wanted to submit a review on the Spoiled Child website about all this but I could NOT find a button to submit a review which is strange. Go ahead and get the flavored liquid collagen if you really can't stand the taste of unflavored collagen but know you're paying more than you should for the measly 5g collagen per serving.

It does not work and they scammed my bank account, took my money and said they didn't get it. I confirmed with my bank they did indeed get my payment but they doubled the payment and took $172. DO NOT TRUST!

No thanks, i'm trying to cancel my order and it is the hardest thing to do. A lot of shopping sites has a cancel my order button but this doesn't so i will not be coming back. Fix your site.

After posting a review, I got multiple ads, offers & company credit! Lol & messages through this site. Unwanted. I want my money back. I'm reporting to Attorney General for Consumer Protection. Don't be surprised by future Class Action Lawsuit. ADS claim FREE trial: they put you on subscription service & say they take you off- I had to manually report to bank! This company has multiple ads on Facebook and InstaGram claiming a FREE trial. Melissa won't let me return the product or give me my double charged cost. She CLAIMS it just FALLS off. They refuse to provide their business address. SCAM ALERT
NOW, their callout is I'M NOT responding because I told them multiple times to stop sending messages of LIES- they already gave me my money BACK!

They were giving away samples on Facebook in which they said were free, now without telling me they charged my credit card $246, that is not free then they tell me if I keep it after 60 days and get a refund, at no point in time did they ever inform me that they charged my credit card that amount. They also have another order on the way but yet I received no notice about that either I will be disputing this with my credit card company I also received an email stating that my card will not be charged. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE EVERY CENT FROM YOU AND THE PRODUCTS SUCK AND STINK SO IF YOU GOT ASTHMA LIKE I DO THERE'S NO WAY A PERSON COULD USE THIS PRODUCT NOTHING LIKE TRYING TO ENDANGER SOMEBODY'S LIFE

So this morning I saw that I can get a bottle for free and then paid for it after I know whether it's good enough or not. So I said okay why not I can already see that the bottle is not a large size that they're trying to charge me for it's actually a small bottle that's hidden in a bigger jar. But I still figured hey let me give this a try. If I'm only going to be paying $5 for it what's the big deal for right now. But that is not the case at all because my credit card was charged for the full amount so the whole thing about them giving you the bottle for free until you decide whether you like it or not is bull crap! After that I decided okay now that I only have $3 left in my bank account I'm going to email all the help email addresses that I see on here to get a cancellation but of course all I do is get an email back saying that we can't get back to you right now but within 24 hours we might get back to you. Two different email addresses told me the same thing. I guess nobody works on a Saturday! Also I'm now noticing I didn't even get a confirmation email for my order somebody sent me an email though to let me know that they're taking all the money out of my account and it should only last for about 1 to 4 days which is bullcrap! It's been 7 days and my money is still not back on my card and I already returned the item after I received it.
