When I first ordered from them they charged me twice for the same product. When I told them to cancel one order they told me the could not and just return the product. When I returned the unopened and unused product they said they can't refund me my over $100 but would give me a $50 voucher for their product, which I don't want. There is no customer service number. Customer service is not helpful. The product is okay.
Saw their as on Facebook was checking it out for the try before you buy them decided I did not want to proceed but they are still trying 2-3 times a day to charge my credit card when I check my account there is no orders being processed they are also not replying to emails about my concerns

I feel like more of my hair falls out when using this product I thought it was just me until I tried a different product and less hair fell out. I am half black and half white. So my hair is frizzy and kinky. I don't think this product is good for hair like that. It makes it soft but my goal is to help my hair grow and keep it from breaking. I blow dry my hair a when I use the spray for hair roots it makes my hair roots poof out to much. Massaging it in tangles my hair and my grandmother who does my hair has had to pull out knots. All in all not for curly unmanageable hair.

Don't trust them there is not a number that you can call. I canceled a week after the trial because it was a regular size bottle alright but practically empty. I canceled on their web site a week later and they still charged me. There is no number to call and you don't get a response back to know they received your cancelation. I found a product that uses African olives that is money back guaranteed after six months and they have a number so you can talk to a live person.

They took my money but I never received the product. I asked to be refunded and to cancel services, they finally got back to me and said they would cancel my subscription. Never even brought up the return. They're the biggest scam and don't even deserve one star. There is no number you can call. Just email. Don't sign up with them.

I bought this products try it for free deal and kept it back in december of 2022, i paid a fee of 168 dollars back then, which was steep but its was okay. I get another charge today, after i never subscribed to them, another charge of 168 dollars, im bugging out. They have no number to call and they never get back to you. I cant stress enough, do not get their products, not only does it not work as intended, they rip money out of your account, i even had changed my debit card and they still have their claws in my bank account.

I've used the collagen for about a year now. Last month my order never came. Now same thing this month. First they told me it was FedEx which I didn't understand because after 1 month it still hadn't shipped. They finally refunded me after a month of back and forth hearing the same FedEx excuse. Now this month same thing. Money pulled off on the 30th and I'm still not seeing it shipped. I've reached out to customer service twice now with no response and I've just cancelled my subscription at this point. It's ridiculous I don't know what's going on but I'm not buying the shipping story.
I tried to cancel my order which was supposed to be 30$ but it was switched to 109$! My bank keeps contacting me telling me that they keep trying to charge my card. I don't know how to stop it. I've reached out to the company and haven't gotten a response. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Let me explain what happened -- a pre-authorization was placed on your card (as stated at check-out). Not to worry, this isn't a charge! Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion.
It taste ok, much smaller then I expected considering how much I paid. I felt bloated most of them time. An it caused me to have acne. On overload, my face did not work well it. An I used it constantly as said per instructions. I didn't see much with my hair either. The hair mask was such a small container. Not enough for a girl with alot of hair. Also expected it to be bigger considering how much I paid for it.
I bought a trial and later was charged 63 dollars for something I did not agree to or sign up for! And now I can't get ahold of them I've sent multiple emails and nothing. The number I was texting suddenly won't reply and it's not a number I can call. I'm livid.

I have been using the product for two months and I am very happy with the results. My skin tone has evened out and the laugh lines on my cheeks are not as noticeable. My forehead lines are not as defined either. I recommended the product to a friend, so I am definitely a satisfied customer. I was also contacted by the company to check and see how the product was working for me and they even advised me that there was a money back guarantee. I see some negative reviews on here and I think everyone is different. What works for one person may not work for all. So my recommendation is try it and if does not work for you just do the money back guarantee.
I HAVE USED SPOILED CHILD BEFORE, SO I WANTED TO GET BACK ON IT AGAIN, BECAUSE OF THE BENEFITS OF THE PRODUCT AND THE FLAVOR IS REALLY GOOD.

I'm not impressed with the customer service. They placed a "hold" on my card and say the charge will fall off. It hasn't. Then I get this canned response of "don't worry, it's not a charge, it'll fall off", but it doesn't. I keep getting the same response, and have even seen it posted here to other reviewers.
They will charge you for the "free trial" and when you ask for your money back, they will say it's "not a charge" and will fall off. Don't fall for it! I will be calling my bank to get my money back (and a new card, because I don't trust them not to try to charge me again) and I am done. Horrible, horrible company.

Had to call & insist only ordered one bottle and insisted I ordered pineapple which they advertised! They insisted that was a sponsor not them they did not have that flavor. Ended up with same flavor from my previous order!

Do not like the idea of automatically putting auto refill on my recent first order. I like making my own choices and not having it automatically done for me. Had a few major problems with auto refill with other companies in the past and it became a real headache and not something I care to repeat.

I purchased this product and see no results. I started out with my friends half a bottle.Recieved mine and I don't care for the smell or that I don't see any results.Just alittle more scalp I want to return this product for a full refund.I also without ordering was sent a Hair Mask.The smell which I wouldn't complain if the product worked left my hair dryer and tangly.So before my hair gets worse I want my refund and I will make sure I don't just jump in and read the Results first. Of course they'll probably say I'm the 1 out o 8 to have a problem with this product as well as the others it didn't work for.Good Luck out there.I hope it's not hard doing the return..

Today 05/02/2023 I get a notification my order is being prepared. I emailed them back and said I never ordered and to cancel. No response. This is fraudulent. I will be reporting to my credit card. All went well until I hit "place order"- then the "do you want this?" started "Or this?", or "how about this?" Over and over! Annoying upselling! If I hadn't already ordered, I might have stopped my order right there! Horrible business practice! Makes your company seem very shady.

I had a bottle top break which prevented me from using the product correctly. I emailed the company and described what my situation was. Your response was to provide me a 50% off of an item, but my situation was not fixed.
