Not sure why I would get a survey request 20 minutes after placing my order considering I have not received or tried the product yet, but I'll give some feedback of my ordering experience if that's helpful. I don't mind the subscription option BUT I think you need to provide the customer with THEIR subscription of choice: example, I ordered 2 bottles, I wanted this as a monthly subscription as more than one person in my house uses the product, however, for 2 bottles you only give the option for every 2 months, 3 bottles 3 months, etc.
After completing a study of a new serum, I found the product to be very effective at getting my skin conditions under control. The website was so easy to maneuver and it was a quick process to order. I give this company 5 stars for their great products and superior customer service.

Purchasing experience was easy. I'm excited to try the product and hopefully see results as I've tried so many ohers and spent so much money and time n saw no results and some even damaged my hair even more. My only complaint is the surprise gift I'm getting is a scrunchie :/. I do not have enough hair for it. So it would be useless for me :( thank u anyway

I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.

They give you a run around. I can't even find my tracking number and has not been notified if it was shipped yet or not. I don't recommend at all.
