I ordered an XL adult Hoodie. I received my order in a timely fashion. I went to try it on and I couldn't get it over my head. I really wanted a hoodie with the school that I work at on it. I know it's a special order item. I'm afraid to order another one and getting a hoodie that doesn't fit again. I ended up giving it to a co-worker.

I love the jacket but unfortunately granddaughter told me it's to big, I bought it while ago it new she never wore it can I sent it back for smaller size

I received my order and realized both things I ordered had my name wrong. I called in to see what happened, looked like was my error when submitting the order. The gentlemen I talked to was very helpful, and put through a new order and thanked me for how I handled the situation and sent the new order free of charge. I was grateful for what he did knowing it was probably my error

I've been ordering from SpiritShop the past couple of years for my Special Olympic Athletes. The athletes really love the sweatshirts and designs. Ordering has been pretty easy and addition to receiving Thd order in a timely manner. Coach Rudy Nesbitt.

I have never used this site before, I took and chance and am very pleased. The design of the hoodie was great and the quality was very high. I am very happy with this purchase that arrived on time.

Placing my order was very easy and I'm super satisfied with the t-shirts that I bought. The shirts were for this Grandma and Pa to wear to our granddaughter's softball signing. I will be ordering more at a later date for future ballgames.

Ordered jackets for my son's swim team and SpiritShop did an excellent job. Had to do two small follow up orders and they pushed those through quickly.

Very good experience. We have placed several orders and always receive the orders quickly. This last time we ordered three duffel bags- 2 small and 1 medium. 1 of our small bags were missing the longer strap that usually ships inside the bag. Minor issue but now we have to find a way to get one for that bag.

Wonderful & easy to use with so many options to choose from. Being able to preview as you go & so many great designs to pick from, I was able to create & customize so many items that are unique to me! Every item was perfect, as ordered and the quality far exceeds the standard at a fraction of the cost! From start to finish, this was a great experience that I highly recommend and will use again in the future!

When the sweatshirts arrived, I presented to my sister who had no idea what they were. Totally surprise and pleasure that they not hoodies and had her name on them. I was tickled with her reaction to them.

I was kind of nervous about ordering online but I took a chance I graduated from Dixon high school never had a T-shirt with Dixon high school Bulldogs on it until now and I'm 62

It was very easy to use the website and I loved that we could change the design based on the clothing we like! We got our clothes 2 days before the expected day which was great!

Everything came in just as ordered. Thank you I will be ordering again.

The price, the quality and the time it took to receive were all fantastic!
