I really liked my shirt but I can tell you they don't run true to size. I ordered a size larger hoping it would be a little baggy but it was not. My prayer is that it didn't shrink in the dryer.

Arrived as expected. However, the logo was peeling on the top edge, so I had to tear it so the whole thing wouldn't peel off. I think it's ok now. But wish that was quality inspected before shipping it out. Otherwise, pleased with product.

It took my money out of my bank account twice and then never gave me a confirmation email or anything and then my order just disappeared.
Hi Leneva, Unfortunately your card was declined and we do not have a way to force an order through when a card is declined. It's possible for a pending amount to show in your account, but that amount will disappear in 2-4 business days since there is no order.
I ordered 2 items following the size guidelines on the website. Within 20 minutes of ordering them, I realized that they are not approved by the school and try to cancel the order and they refused to do so indicating some process about how it automatically goes to manufacturing but if something has not yet started, then atleast make an attempt to cancel it.
Turns out their size charts are wildly inaccurate. Once I got the items, I sent them an email about it indicating the problem and their only response is about they don't do refunds/exchanges. Even though their items are incorrectly sized, they wanted proof of the measurements and rather than try to find a way to mitigate the problem, they only offered a coupon for the issue.

I've orders 2 pairs of sweatpants and so far have struck out where the sizing is HUGE. I went from XL to L and will probably try again w a medium. Experience has been great but since it's all custom school or town branded gear you don't have any recourse to return anything.

Answer: Hello, Thanks for your interest in Spirit Shop. We carry different brands and sizing may vary by brand. Each garment has its own size chart with product measurements from the manufacturer. We recommend you measure a hoodie you already own for comparison and then choose whatever size most closely matches those measurements. To measure, lay the hoodie on a flat surface and measure across the front from seam to seam about 1" below the arm hole. Length is measurement from the highest point of the shoulder near the neckline down to bottom hem.
