The worst service and product I have ever experienced with an on-line purchase. Avoid using this company at all costs. After subitting the impreesions I didn't hear anything for many weeks. When I tried to contact them, the phone number listed is not a working number. There is no way to communicate. I contacted my credit card company and turned in a fraud alert. Stopped the payment. Weeks later the "custom tray" arrived and was so flimsy it wouldn't stay in place for whitening. There were also holes in the "custom whitening tray". Unusable tray.
They process then cancel orders if you use a virtual card number, like Eno, to protect your credit card number. Legitimate websites accept virtual card numbers (like Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon, Google Pay, etc). They do not accept Paypal or any method of payment that masks your credit card number.
Looks like they are one of the sites that try to capture your actual credit card number, meaning the likelihood of fraud afterward is very high. Avoid.
Ordered a whitening kit & they sent the wrong one! Trying to get In touch with them has been a joke! Emailed them 2 times and no phone number to call! Looks like I'm screwed with a product I don't want! Shady & ignorant is all I can say!
Trying to get any response other than roboreplies is futile. It's just one $#*!ing loop. Unbelievable! Thankfully, I'm only planning on eating $11.49, if I had a larger order I would be irate, this company is unreal. What is real is they Suck.
I paid for 2 full sets of 35% whitening and they sent me someone elses order of just 1 set of only 20%. They do not reply to emails and they have no phone number. Do not order from this company unless you want to throw your money away!
I purchased a whitening product on clearance. When it arrived, I opened it and found it had expired a full year ago. I emailed them and was told all sales are final. The website did not indicate that the clearance product was expired. The product did not work.
Fortunately, I followed my instinct and did not "Submit" my order. The reviews here on sitejabber confirm my suspicion. First, I read the m-a-n-y reviews on the Smilox website. Curiously, most of them sounded like they were written by the same writer as the language, sentence structure, style, and voice were remarkably similar for each review. I proceeded cautiously to check-out. I noticed on the invoice page that the price and 'free shipping' were noted, but the invoice did not identify the actual product I was ordering. Hmm - could it be that I was paying for an unknown product or that there was no shipping charge because no product was actually going to be shipped? I exited the site just before I input my credit card number. I agree- this scammer needs to be reported to BBB.

Smilox.com is not a legitimate website with authorization to sell items from Denmat. If you buy a Rotadent Procare tooth brush for more than $100 +, the item won't last 6 months. It's not worth. Denmat who has ownership could not help me with my complaint neither. Forget about it if you don't want to waste your money!
I ordered a new Rotadent ProCare toothbrush and it would not charge up. I paid $114 for it and when I tried calling the number that was included within the box...it was to DenMat. DenMat told me that THEY did sell it to me and there is nothing that they can do. Smilox is a third party and they claimed that there are many complaints about the KNOCK-OFFS they are selling. I tried to find a phone number for Smilox...but one is not listed. I called the 888 number listed on my credit card transaction but it rang like a fax line...no answer. I emailed Smilox but they wanted me to fill out a warranty form...but when you click on it...you just get an error notice. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SMILOX!
I wish not for order Smilox now becaus I stil wait all this time. No item come to my house many weeks after i order. This is regret now. I say other people not order here becaus you might have same happen you than me and I tell you no not do so I hope you can save you lose money likr me. I did lose. Do not buy Smilox things from them. Keep money in pocket not give to them! Smilox not good place to go pay for tooth whiten.
Ordered a teeth whitening kits thinking it would be a good idea to have some "custom trays" that mold to your teeth. That's a joke, they are like mouth guards you used when playing sports in high school and do not work as described. As the other reviews stated, Smilox makes it very difficult to get in touch. Their 800 number only allows you to leave a message and if you submit a complaint via their website, they do not take any measure to touch base with you. I should have read these reviews prior to ordering to better understand the type of company they are. After reading these reviews and not receiving any response to my phone call or email, I decided to call my credit card company and start a dispute process with the amount charged. Interestingly enough, the credit card has a different phone number for them which appears on the statement. With the credit card company on the line, I tried to call that number and it states can't leave a message and hangs up on you. Once the credit company started the dispute process, a company has 15 days to respond. Imagine my surprise when a day later my credit card was refunded... no notice or contact, just my refund; which is fine with me since that is the resolution I was looking for. Interesting that once "their funds" are put on hold, they can immediately remedy the situation. Will not purchase from this company again.
Got my teeth whitening strips as ordered but what they neglected to mention was that these strips were supposed to be refrigerated. Since they were sent regular postage they were out in the heat for several days. I can't return them since Smilox has a no return/no exchange policy. Something they also neglected to mention until AFTER I had paid for the order. :/
I recently purchased my usual Smilox Extra Soft toothbrushes but immediately noticed a change since they were hurting my gums. I suspected that I was shipped a different item, the Smilox Ultra Soft Toothbrushes, which are slightly more stiff than than the Extra Soft ones, which are also described as being comparable to the Nimbus Toothbrushes (which is why I regularly buy them). I told their customer service my issue and asked for an exchange. They told me that the Extra and Ultra are the exact same toothbrush. Problem is, why are they sold at different prices and with very different item descriptions on their website. They couldn't tell me why they were sold at different prices and that if I wanted to return the items, there was a 15% restocking fee, plus I had to ship them back at my expense. I've lost complete trust with this company and I've just decided to get my toothbrushes elsewhere from now on. They have very shady business practices with policies that are not stated in the open. Also, very unprofessional and unfriendly customer service experiences.
The opalescence whitening gel that I had bought twice from them, hardly worked. 35% and 45% weak. Will not buy again. Knock off products, can't trust them and no customer service.
Well, it has now been 18 days since I ordered my product through Smilox. They charged my card immediately but I haven't received my order. They requested that I give it a few more days and that they have not had a problem with USPS thus far. I cannot track my order as suggested by Smilox. I emailed them yesterday and told them if I didn't receive my order within a few days, I would call AX and stop payment. They did respond in a timely fashion apologizing and that they would send out again. I'm not sure if this is a stalling procedure or if they really will re-ship. Nothing should take this long!
This is the most customer unfriendly business. I paid $50 for something that is unopened, unused and needs to be returned, and cannot be resold. I will never order from them again due to their poor customer service and refusal to accept returns.
Avoid. Purchased a Sonicare, they sent me a shipped notification, CHARGED my card and when I contacted them a week later saying that the UPS tracking site did not show an update, they told me to wait 2 more days. I pressed them on the issue and they admitted that the item was backordered and would not even ship until 2 weeks from now.

They sent me a defective Rotadent. When I went to contact them I found there was no telephone number. I found one in their terms and conditions, but it is just accepts messages and then does not respond. One has to send a message to them on their website and then they do not respond. Then I reviewed their reviews and realized I should have checked them before doing business with Smilox. Not only did they send a defective product, but they conceal that if you buy from them, it voids the manufacturers' 4 year warranty. I had to dispute the charge. I imagine that happens to them a lot because they refer to a penalty for it in their one-sided, unreasonable terms and conditions.
I have not had problems with online purchases for 5 years so I let me guard down. Now I will not order from anywhere without checking the company's reviews.
Website clearly showed picture of a product (BreathRx) that is a fairly expensive mouthwash distributed through dentists' offices. Smilox shipped a widely available cheaper product with similar name made by a different manufacturer and that has a different formula. Amazon sells and clearly identifies both. Smilox clearly is trying to mislead customers into thinking that it sells the more expensive one at the cheaper price.
