I will never order from smilox.com aka SmileInc again. I ordered "Generic Extra Soft Toothbrush (compare to Nimbus)" and am COMPLETELY disappointed; they are at least medium in firmness and bear NO resemblance to Nimbus whatsoever. I planned to return them, then noticed at the bottom of the packing slip, "All sales are final. No returns or exchanges." This isn't how a legit company operates; it's some kind of sleazy scam operation.

I did the mistake of having someone order whitening gel when i was out on vacation and she failed to go to ultradent to order the gel, we received only half my order and the way it was shipped i realized she ordered from a company I'm not aware of, and when I tried to call them there was no phone number on the invoice to contact and going to their website there was no number listed there either which leads me to believe that this company is making money off of other companies names and not wanting to be a legit company that does have a good customer service response, and then when trying to return the material we would loose a third of the cost of the purchase for stocking purposes which is bull$#*!! I work for a very established Dental practice and would not recommend this company to anybody go to your dentist and buy it at cost from them or go directly to Ultradent Dental company to order directly. Angerly a very disappointed client that I know this company will never address this comment

I ordered a bottle of MI Paste vanilla and it appears to be legitimate. There are no spelling errors on packaging and it appears normal, not expired either. Pics we be shown, not sure why every review is bad but I suppose I'll avoid buying whitening products from here as they appear to be problematic or expired based on other people's comments. S

I was mis-sold a flosser. I order one that cost £5.99 but this was substituted for one that cost £11.99. I already had the one they substituted and wanted the cheaper one.
They don't seem to have a system for returning items.

Since i first posted this Smilox have responded: " We will ship you a pre-paid return mailer. Please use the provided mailer to return the incorrect item you received.

We are sorry for this inconvenience."

I will let you know how I get on!

They have now said: "After reviewing your order for the return authorization we notice your order was shipped internationally. Therefore, we will refund your account for the full amount of your order."

Eventually a human response!

I have therefore amaended my rating.
