SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE

DO NOT BOOK HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVE. OUR WAS FLIGHT CANCELLED and i was offered a refund. This have been over a month waiting for my refund to go through. Everytime i call to check the status they tell me wait 8 - 10 more days... then today i called because its been 20 and they said it could take up to 2 months! Like what! I am suppose to have a booked flight ready to go in 2 weeks, now my plans have been delayed all thanks to good ol SMART FARES...

They are liars and cheats... stay AWAY!

Complete scam

Please, I beg you, don't use this website. I have been calling and emailing them asking for a refund and after 7 months from the original payment I am still waiting.
I submitted a claim with my bank but it was dismissed.
In any case, I have been promised a refund and still waiting.
Now they don't answer emails and when I call, it surprisingly ends once I read my reservation number.

I ordered 3 flight tickets.
No Confirmation email or Text have been sent.
When I understood that flight that actually booked is not the one I wanted and asked to cancel i found out that free cancellation is actually $50 a ticket cancellation.
Yes, Flight tickets are cheap but read carefully all their overpriced options as they'll also try to sell you bags or seats for so much more than the price at the airliner.
I ordered the ticket at the airliner and the total drooped massively.
Be Alert! Don't be seduced by the low prices as it will cost you so much more.

Their site timed out while processing my payment. I still charged but didn't receive a reservation #. When I called they told me it takes 1 hour to receive the email. 4 hours later, no reservation. I called & they told me I wasn't in their system & they couldn't issue me a refund. Had to call my bank to dispute charges. Customer Service talks down to you (just an FYI)

I made a reservation for Delta through this agency, because of the coronavirus the trip was canceled, I claimed Delta and they made the return of the ticket, but it turned out that this reservation was made with a credit card from this agency and now I claim money back and they don't listen to me

I purchased a ticket from this website. They got me from Turkish airlines. Two days later when I was trying to arrange wheelchairs, I found out the flight was canceled. First of all nobody contacted me about the flight cancellations. Then I called smart fares and told them that the flight is canceled. I asked them to refund my money back. They refused to give me my money back. When I contacted Turkish airlines they told me to contact my agent. Finally after about 10 calls they offered me to refund $300 less than what I paid for the ticket. This is the worse ticket agent I have ever deal with. The agents are not professionals at all. Please avoid dealing with them.

Scammers!

Smart fares scamming people. My flight were canceled and they told i can change a ticket only through them because i bought a ticket through their website. And asked me to pay 900$ more or get a voucher for 500$ less than i paid for tickets. Instead i changed my ticket through the airlines straight an have no problems and did not paid a penny for it. And they told me that what they said is not true, they have to change a ticket for free because of covid19 its not my fault that flight was canceled. Plz do not buy tickets from them! SCAMMERS!
And sold i bag protection without a bag!

I was charged for a seat I didn't choose was told on two separate occasions to contact "someone " through an email for my refund and given two different emails and they were both fake emails. This fake company stole $50.00 of my money

Don't ever book your flight with them. It is a horrible experience. I refused to reschedule my flight with them since they charge me a few thousand dollars for that but the airline company only charges 500. Then they just canceled my return trip! How the hell on the earth would people do such a terrible thing! I called the airline company they said they can do nothing because i booked it with the agent company. Take my bad experience as an example. Dont waste your money with them!

Scam fraud

Wow don't even know how to started this company is an scammer they stole more than 800 they cancel my parents flight just to start when we book this flight we never received a confirmation number i been calling them and their staff hang up on me they are rude and are taking advantage of people why this company has not get shut down who can help me report them o what number do i need to call this is not nice and they are abusing of people and scamming and sadly they will continue to do with people in desperate situations they are such an abusived company or scammers please don't book here you will go through the my same situation and its very disappointed

They canceled my flight and wanted me to pay more, i already paid before for changing the flight date from February until June.
Now they want me to choose another date and pay for the flight and when I asked for refund or a credit they told me they can do credit, each time I ask how much my credit would be they hang the line on me and they stay online for a while.
They want to take money and charge money for nothing.
I booked my wife's ticket with different agent and they paid a full refund to her ticket plus when we changed her ticket they waved the penalty on the ticket but smartfare did wave a penny.
And now it to hard to get my money back before June 9th.
IF THERE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WAS GOING TO PUT -5 I REALLY FEEL IT IS A FRUAD AND RIPPING OFF PEOPLE.

Smartfares are charging your credit card without publishing an E ticket... AVOID this company at this time. Fraudulent practices and deceptive "advice"... what they say one thing BUT ARE NOT DELIVERING... but taking your cash with no AIRLINE RESERVATION... out in out FRAUD... DO not use Smartfares! They will offer a deeply discounted airfare and send you a confirmation number to your email. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. In my case, I missed out on a really good fare from another airline because of this scam! DO NOT USE!

If you are going to buy tickets through this company, be very careful because they are scam, my niece bought tickets to fly from PR to Orlando on April 2 and she called to cancel the flight and change the return one and she never found a number confirmation ticket at the airline and when they were called, they hung us up and the last one who answered gave us a false code and to this day they do not call, nor do they send a reservation code, nor do they return the money
