Smartfares sold me a ticket at a high price, they said that I will get confirmation that the airline accepted the schedule and the price within 24 to 72 hours. When the confirmation came, of course I was told that if I wanted the same ticket and itinerary it would cost me $300.00 more. That is an irresponsible market technique and immoral also since we all need to travel for the Holidays. The worst thing is that because they take a long time to refund my money (10 days or more) I cannot purchase another flight somewhere else and when I finally get the money, it will be too late to purchase a decent flight thanks to Smartfares. I guess my friends and followers on Facebook will like to know about my experience buying a flight with Smartfares and of course, Google reviews.

Purchasing tickets from Canada and pricing was in Canadian dollars, but when you go to pay they tell you you will be billed in US $... which is not an issue except for the much higher exchange rate they charge you.
