I wanted to cancel my flight after a few minutes I booked it as I realized I made a mistake. The online assistant said that there were fees of $100 and then with negotiations went down to $70 and then $50. At the end I decided to keep my booking as fees were still too high for me. It was a true disappointment to learn that what they advertise is actually not true at all.
When my booking mistakenly had an undesired add-on, they were easy enough to contact and work with to get a refund.
