I always travel with this company because they have a great service.
I do not mind the mishaps they did but to be screamed at by the person who claimed that his name is Santiago Haynes was just very unprofessional. I understand all the issues he explained but I cannot accept his behavior, attitude and yelling in a nasty and aggressive manner. If you want to succeed, you need to be calm and polite which he lacked. By the way having a decoy names does not work when you have a thick foreign accent that does not match the name!

On November 16 2022 we booked a flight from Evansville to London the price was $943.73per passengers the total being $1887.46. This 943.73 total was for June 12 through the June the 25 2023 to and from Evansville to London Round-trip for this price This company gave the booking number and a confirmation number now they're trying to charge us 1888.46 per passenger. Now this company wants up to pay a fee to cancel this flights…… there excuse for the fee is because thing we're not made final that why the price went up,,,
