Thanks to tyler andrews with total credit solutions and smart credit.com i now have a piece of mind and had found out my credit had been sold on the dark web from the experien breach and actually several others. Now i have my home iof my dreams, the damage is repaired, i have a dog, and i finally found a gf and can afford the thing i really want.

The score master is a good tool to show how payment balanced can drastically improve your credit. The score builder doesn't look like it going to be effective because I keep getting letters from all the different debit collectors saying they can't do anything about my situation

Having done that. I decided to cancel, after further reviewing what they could do for me. When I tried to cancel by Email, they said that I have to cancel by phone.
When I called, no one picked up after waiting a very long time. Frustrated and worried.
I contacted this company to be removed from their service in which I never signed up for, by far worst customer service, sounds like the agent was working from home, Audrey did not use active listening skills, she talked in circles telling me I did use their service. I asked if they were associated with wallet hub she stated she doesnt know because they have hundreds of affiliates. If I could give zero stars I would
They sent me my credit scores Online and then I requested a copy of my scores from the credit bureau. And the scores smart credit had were actually almost 40 to 100 points different from what my scores actually were. I'm so upset I actually gave this company my personal information and access to my credit files. This company should be reported to the better business bureau for fraud. Do your own homework and check your own scores.
The site doesn't seem to be very user friendly. The reason I say that is as follow: filling in the name of the business or the credit item, then the username and password, it takes 2 or 3 minutes to find or return with a message that the account is not found. I go back and try to enter the info again and it tells me that I already have that account. I really don't have that many accounts but 4 out of 5 accounts I was unable to enter my credit information for my accounts.
I enjoy being able to look at all 3 bureaus simultaneously but I feel like the cost is pricey. I shouldn't have to pay 20 dollars to update my report every time I want to see how changes I've made effect my credit.
SCAM. This company did the same to me... unable to cancel and wound up getting charged, despite efforts to cancel AND sending them email to cancel when unable to reach anyone. I'd suggest disputing the charges, as this company isn't legit as far as I can tell, or based on the inability to cancel.
They make it so hard to cancel you are likely to pay out 30 to 60 dollars before you get the account closed. Once you find the link (using google) to cancel the try to "up sell" you over 4 windows, while telling you all the great stuff you are missing by canceling their useless service. Once you get past the up sell, they tell you that you must call to cancel. After forever on hold the up sell starts again. I resorted to escalating emails, starting at "please cancel" and ending in "I am going to flag future charges as FRAUD". They cancelled finally. Stay away, even though Jean Chatzky's name is attached they are BAD BAD BAD.
I monitor my credit everyday checking for progress. I'm satisfied with the credit building options. Other platforms are not doing this. If there are its not as simple as smart credit.
Signed up for this bc it was highly recommended by another company that was funding me. Come to find out, I could've used any tool to check my scores and I see that they recommend smart credit bc they get a cut for everyone that they refer over. Smart credit said my equifax was 737 and when keybank pulls it, it was only a 680! I got denied not only by keybank but by many other banks I applied for. I was not happy at all. Also, when I signed up they charged me $29.95 twice! Once for signing up and another for the credit pull! Then this company kept pulling more and I was charged 2 more times so a total of 4 charges at $29.95 each! I called very furious and they did not refund anything and said it was my fault and their policy to not refund. They can go $#*! themselves! I'll never use them and only stick to these free ones since they all do the same thing and show the exact same scores as smart credit does. Honestly, the best way to know your scores is to sign up directly with each credit bureau. It is more expensive, but at least you'll have accurate scores so you know what you're working with before applying for loan(s).

I have been with smart credit for almost 2 yrs. I am always alerted when there is a change to my credit report. It is very easy to navigate.
I love this program but I feel if I'm paying then you guys should do the paperwork to send to the agencies
