Dealing with SGB was straight forward stress free. That being said, having Canada Post arrive at my home and NOT even try to deliver my package was infuriating. My son, alerted by my dog, watch the driver exit the delivery van and walk up to the door. Knowing that a SGB was expected my son met the delivery driver at the door. The driver tried to hand my son a " failed delivery notice" which my son refused to except. After a minute of standing his ground, refusing the notice, the driver went to his van and retrieved my package.
Bottom line, the driver never intended to even try to deliver my order but was forced to when confronted by my son.
After an easy setup of my account and placing an order. I received a phone call welcoming me and congratulating me on my first order. Super easy to make payment. Just like paying you cable bill. Tonnes of communication about my shipment with signature required and shipped through Purolator. Upon receiving my order it was exactly as expected. I will be ordering again.

The king Charles Britannia 9212 arrived with small chip on the rim of the coin. I purchased 8 sovereign mint coins 4203 which showed up the same as 8854 on my order. Not a big deal to me really, but I was hoping for some variety. Shipping was fast. Over all I am still pleased.
Just bought 10 Royal Canadian silver bars that were listed as new and uncirculated. I waited for the spot price to drop and this company had the best price. Now I know why, when they arrived they were secondary market bars, all scratched, couldn't hardly read the serial numbers on some and one was tarnished so bad it looked green. Immediately called and spoke with sales and they admitted they were secondary market, he even said they had received other complaints and that management had been made aware. They offered me 200 toward a future purchase which is a joke compared to my loss on 10 bars, other companies are selling these size bars at 100 less per bar on the secondary market. Stay away from this company. The one picture is from their add and the other is what I received. Most of the bars were from 2016-2018, far from new and uncirculated. Buyers Beware!
A great site to find some unique silver bars/coins at very competitive prices. However, don't expect them to be in pristine brilliant uncirculated condition. Some of my 1 oz silver rounds are scratched up. Also, the 10 oz silver coins come with capsules that are also very scratched up, too. Feels like a second-hand coin. I guess you pay for what you get.

This website is one of the cheapest places to get silver and gold online, it shipped in 2 days and took 7 total days to get here from when I ordered it. The silver bar I bought is high quality with no scratches or chunks missing.
The 10 oz RCM silver bars are second to none, 9999 pure with a unique serial number and beautiful finish. They are the ideal size/weight. The 1 ounce 9999 silver Maples are my favorite bullion coin with the highest legal tender amount...$5 as opposed to other countries. SGB's six coin presentation display case holder loaded with Canadian silver Maples makes a great gift for Christmas and other occasions.

I have made eight separate purchases (10 ounce bars and 2 oz, Canada silver coins) this year and am pleased with the products, speed of delivery and packaging. The website is easy to maneuver through too, which is important to me because I'm not of the younger generation that grew up with computers. I admit I simply started buying from them because of price, but they really are - at present at least - a company I can trust.
Always good fast service with fast delivery, tho they have changed from Purolator to Canada post expedited. Alway happy with my purchase. Giving bullion as presents gets people talking.
Everything about ordering is very easy and product received well packaged and discreet. My only complaint is the time it takes to process. My credit cards wouldn't work due to some kind of security block so I had to do e-check which took about a week to clear and then processing took another few days. It was Fed-Ex'd so delivery was quick. Would definitely recommend though.
The first time we ordered everything went fine. Got the email with the tracking number, new exactly where the package was with the FedEx app.
The second order we made however, was the complete opposite. I never received an email stating my order had shipped, was never given a tracking number…. It was only by chance that someone was home to sign for the package.
The second time it was shipped with UPS and even if I did have the tracking number UPS doesn't give you the ability to track a package right to your door as FedEx does….
The products themselves are of great quality though…. They just need to communicate better
Good... my only concern is that I would like a more discreet delivery process. I would prefer that there would be some way that I could pick up the product directly. I don't like having my name and address on the package going through several third party hands. A smart criminal could figure it out and that would put me at risk.
I was a little nervous with my order as the price of silver was rising since the time of my order. I did a bank check which took 5 business days. Took another 5 days for the check to clear. UPS came with a perfectly boxed and well wrapped coins in plastic packs of 20 which didn't jingle around if you shook the box.
