A friend recommended that I buy silver quite a while ago, but we hear so many stories about bad experiences, so put it off.
Finally I decided to buy and this site popped up in my Instagram feed! I read some reviews and decided to check out their site. I had some questions regarding the payment process and so I called and spoke to a gentleman name Mathew who answered my questions. I placed my order and in a couple days my order was delivered to my door!

Surprised I received it so quickly. Only one issue with the shipping, The package was delivered to a local store instead of being delivered directly to the door. Nothing was tampered with so it's all good!

Just bought 10 Royal Canadian silver bars that were listed as new and uncirculated. I waited for the spot price to drop and this company had the best price. Now I know why, when they arrived they were secondary market bars, all scratched, couldn't hardly read the serial numbers on some and one was tarnished so bad it looked green. Immediately called and spoke with sales and they admitted they were secondary market, he even said they had received other complaints and that management had been made aware. They offered me 200 toward a future purchase which is a joke compared to my loss on 10 bars, other companies are selling these size bars at 100 less per bar on the secondary market. Stay away from this company. The one picture is from their add and the other is what I received. Most of the bars were from 2016-2018, far from new and uncirculated. Buyers Beware!
I ordered a 1KG silver bar from Silver Gold Bull. The email came and said not to accept the package if it was "tampered" with as they are not responsible. This was not disclosed at the time of the order. So the courier left it on my door with no signature. Luckily it was there after sitting for 4 hours. The bar is poor quality and is not worth buying
Many delays in shipment in sending a simple bar. Their return policy is horrible, and customer support is not helpful at all. I would not trust this company to conduct a safe shipment.

Purchased a 2.5 peso gold peso from this company. I never received it. Shipper stated they never received the item.
Then they got the item and they sent it back to them and they're telling me that they didn't receive it from the postal service.
I take it that it's lost in the mail it is insured on their part. I requested a refund instead of the coin, they told me that they would buy it back at the cost of gold now meaning I would lose out of my full purchase money.
The item might have been shipped but it was also mailed back to them for insufficient address I don't understand I do know that it was insured.
I had to open a case up with PayPal and my bank my bank is looking to file fraudulent activity against them they're still denying me my refund as of this day.
Very horrible people very horrible.
I would not do business with these people this is not advice this is an absolute warning!

I decided to try out SilverGoldBull for a change from another supplier that I had been using for almost 2 years. I can report that the price was somewhat lower and the delivery was quicker. I will probably use SGB again versus the competition.
We have been customers since 2012 and this is the first snag we ran into.
We placed an order on September 28th, 2017 for 3 RCM 1oz Gold Bars because the website said they had unlimited stock and after 2 weeks we got concerned and we called to ask why we had not received our order yet; since it had never taken this long before. And we were told that they hadn't received the shipment from the Mint yet. If we would have known that Silver Gold Bull didn't have stock; we would not have placed an order. Because that $5,000 was part of our life savings and 3 weeks was a very long time for our "money" to be in Limbo. The website should reflect the "real stock quantity". Brian & Joanne

I received my order and it was packaged very securely. I appreciate the discreet labeling and unlike my experience with other servicers, I could not determine that there were coins inside. I may not pay for the expedited delivery in the future, as the order didn't arrive any sooner, than orders I have made elsewhere with standard shipping. Over all, I am very pleased with the prices, the service and the delivery.
