Second order, still love the products but wish they would inspect the items before sending. Usually 20% comes damaged and we cannot use it. They always replace the items, but it sometimes causes us problems with delivery to clients, having to wait for the undamaged replacements to come.

We mistakenly 'ordered' the wrong design as we had several options. After sending an e mail, we were contacted at once via the art department and a new proof was sent out immediately. I was very pleased with the experience of using your website and I am very happy with my shipment. Thank you very much.

We had an issue with our order and the emblem not showing up very well. Silkletter's customer service division is currently working with me to resolve the issue, and reprint our portfolios. There was no digital poor sent to confirm the appearance of the final product. This led to a misalignment of the printing.

Lowest pricing found for the product I needed. Lots of other great items I am looking forward to trying. Just wish that the shipping would calculated for states other than the lower 48. They were very quick to advise of shipping rate and order received within the same time frame as free shipping.
