I accidentally sent an item I ordered to an address that no one will be at because I did not realize my app was defaulted to my last order which is an overnight camp. I realized this into the first day of shipping process and I called Lululemon and they told me they would submit a request and if it was a success I would get an email in 2 days. What? If it's a success? They could care less if it's not, she said that's all that can be done, I just never receive my item. I realize this is my mistake, but what I don't understand why they cannot call Fedex and try a little harder, one girl said they can't make outbound calls. For such a successful big company one would think this would be an easy fix or at least some understanding considering what I spend at Lulu. Frustrating!
Whatever you buy, make sure it is exactly what you want and don't even consider buying something as a gift. The customer service is not anywhere near the level of their price point. I tried returning product by mail with the original receipt within the return window and I felt like they thought I was a criminal. They claim to have managers to escalate problems and after 2 1/2 hours of time I was finally able to come to a mediocre resolution and was told that next time I had to send pictures of my receipt via email. I don't know where that clause came from but I did finally get my money and am done shopping at Lululemon. There is a reason "lemon" is part of their name
Everything is fine until you need customer service. When you do, it feels like you are dealing with a scam company. For a company this size I would expect to deal with customers in a better way. The "educators" are confused, getting different answer from each, my credit card was charged, then reimbursed, then charged again with different amount... Not possible to cancel orders. Absolutely disgraceful! And the worst part is that it is not the first time.
Personally I find that lululemon items are quite expensive and out of my budget so I don't own many pieces. I've had many friends tell me its worth it to spend the money on essential staple pieces like a sports bra or a legging but thats it. (Still havent bought but I completely agree)
However, for my recent visit to their shop, I saw their Fly Away Headband for only $15usd (its $12 in the states) and I decided to get it. This was honestly one of the only items I felt good spending money on because it doesn't cost that much (especially for a lululemon item!)
Plus, it looks good so I'd say if you want one or a few things from this brand; just get this one :)
This is the worst company to deal with. After first wear of leggings, the crotch area unraveled and came apart. They will not give me a payment credit, only a store credit. Why would I want another pair of over priced, poor quality leggings? I would expect better customer service from a highly rated company.
On July 9 2023 I went to Lululemon at Square One. The cashier was extremely rude and self righteous. She basically threw the receipt at me. They have to educate their employees to be professional and polite. After spending over $300.00, I deserve kindness. I won't be shopping at that location ever again. Check yourself!
I spent a lot on the Namastay mat because I wanted to make sure that I didn't have to buy a new one for years. What happened instead: at the beginning the mat was very slippery on the top, no grip during practice. It came with zero instructions as to how to clean it or anything else. After a while the top grip improved but guess what: 6 months in there was ZERO grip on the bottom, i. E. while my hands & feet don't slip, the mat is not gripping the floor AT ALL which makes certain poses impossible if not dangerous. Not buying lululemon again.
Lululemon have sent me the wrong product FOUR times in a row - and I still haven't received the product I ordered. The process, which has been going on for 3 weeks, has left me hugely frustrated, having wasted hours on the phone, sending dozens of emails and dealing with a customer care team, who whilst pleasant, have not been able to help with the simplest of tasks - sending me the product I ordered. Not the experience you'd expect from a 'premium' retailer.
Completely messed up my order.
I ended up going into a store to return all 10 items! 1 month later still no refund.
Spent over 1 hr on the phone with the most INCOMPETENT cust serv. Agent who ended up telling me to email *******@lululemon.com
They are the most fraudulent company.
My order was delayed for 3 days, then stated it was delivered. I was home all day. Never got it. So I call everyday for 5 days. Now they're saying I gotta wait another 3 days to even consider getting a refund then probably wait weeks to even get my money back. But sure is quick to deduct my money upon purchase. A hassle to get it back. This sum bulls***!
Received damaged product. Left in virtual chat for hours only to be told they are working on "preferred" customers first and I should try back later in 2023. Buyer beware! For as expensive as a product the sell, they have the worst customer service!
I ordered a Gift Card for a Christmas present. It came postage due, supposed to be free shipping. When I called customer service all the woman could say was, I don't understand. It is supposed to be free. I explained to her that now I have to drive to our USPS ( 20 min one way), wait in line, mask up, and pay $6 for something that was supposed to be free. She offered a $30 gift card that was never sent. I won't shop here again. Poor service, very unprofessional.
My husband received a pair of pants for his birthday. We first tried to return them without a receipt and were told only an even exchange and no store credit. Then we received the gift receipt and it was same run around. We finally had the real receipt and we one day shy of the 30 day window and the manager at the Bridgewater store was talking under her breath to the sales associate making smart comments about the 30 days. They will never see my money! It's not green enough for them. Worst sales associates and customer service!
I would say I had worst customer service experience with lululemon than anywhere ever. Overpriced ugly poor quality trash that now just collects in my closet and is not being used bc the quality is so bad but it can not be returned. Wasted over $1000 in items I will never and could never wear. For someone who used to spend at least $300 a month on this now disgraceful store its no more worth it for me and I don't ever feel like I'm treated fairly or as a loyal customer and with worst return policy THIS STORE is just not worth it. I hope that people open their eyes and stop this nonsense like I did and never spend a single dime on lululemon. Because they sure don't care one bit about their customers.
It's time to say goodbye to Lululemon, let me count the reasons...
-poor response on-line customer service
-boring inventory and colors
-poor in-store customer service (not always)
-challenging to get a return label
-lack of inventory
-say items are in stock when they are not
-store staff buys up all the smaller sizes
-the sizing is flat out ridiculous
-the quality is declining

I have many pairs of Lululemon pants, some from years ago that are still fine. I bought 3 different pairs within the last 6 months and 2 have holes and the 3rd one is pilling so much that it is no longer blue but white in areas. I contacted customer service and they stated they would not do anything and this is normal wear. This is very disappointing for pants that are $100.
Do not buy from this company. They sent the wrong size. If you have a return you will spend hours and hours trying to get LuLulemon to follow their stated practices on returns. They had received my return and 3 weeks later had not issued a refund. Items had tags on them, never worn, were returned within 3 days of arrival, and I had confirmation from their website that they had received them. Employees are nice, but I waited close to an hour each time to talk to someone - no joke. It took 6 phone calls to get my refund. They could not put me in touch with their supervisor (they apparently don't have one), they did not return 6 emails that I sent them about the return. Getting my refund cost me 10X of what I paid. So much time was wasted to make sure they did their job. So not worth the product.
Misnomer description - single T-shirt, not a 3 pack. I and a few hundred people ordered thinking a 3 pack, but got one. Had to call twice as the first time, I got no response as the educator (read rep) promised. The resolution was a GC which frankly is as useless as Lululemon prices. Thought I'd give it a shot with the 3 tees, but guess not. When things didn't go right, i thought they'd be as classy as they portray their models to be. Not the case. They'd probably say our chakras didn't align. I'd say they don't have their website and ops together.
I would rather give a zero. I order sometimes my money was taken and no shipping date has been provide. I have tried contacting by phone, email, website no answers. This company has to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm not sure how to cancel my order and get my money back.
I discovered 2500 dollars worth of fraudulent lulu purchases on my paypal account, I gave lulu a heads up with the 5 order #s and they still let it all ship out anyways, waste is too rampant in this country. Listed below is where the shipments are headed. Merry Christmas!

Answer: Middle schoolers just "have" to have these. I think they are overpriced and not worth the label.
Answer: Customer Service hours are very limited. Hold time is excessive, and customer resolution is NOT a priority.
