I've purchased a few things from lululemon over the years and have found that within the past year or so, quality is suspect. I like the fact they have different types of colours that are different from anyone else's. So I bought 4 shirts and each cost me over 60.00. Not the problem, but if you wear them more than once and wash it, threads start looking like a used shirt that's been worn for years. I expect more or price reduction to understand that they are cheaply made and I can shop at a store who offers quality and equally expensive prices. Not one or the other. Terrible quality and I will rethink shopping for anything else.
They sent the wrong leggings. I called and was given a label. They were supposed to receive them back yesterday per tracking. I called because now it looks like the tracking is turned around and they are on their way back to me. These "Educators" I think are trained to sound really soft spoken and sweet but even using that tone they speak over you, cut you off and are just rude. First and last order for me. Plus I had to sit on hold listening to a recording lecturing me on inclusion, diversity, racism, and bullying. I'm here to buy an item not be lectured by some clothing company
Bought a Lululemon coat and the fabric started to wear out. Terrible quality. I Sent photos and they continually requested more photos, then stopped responding. I keep following up and no one responds to my emails. This has been going on since beginning of March.
Really bad experience, I order 4 bags for myself and my friends, order is cancelled, said my order over 5 limitation. My other friend order 1 bag after me receive it, we ordered together just want to save lulu some time and shipping fee. Wont shop here any more. Very bad customer service.
I've been shopping with Lululemon for years. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They constantly send you incorrect items and after a certain point don't want to refund you or replace the item. (Because of course, why would anyone that works at Lululemon make a mistake!) They also have the tendency to not refund you for orders that were clearly returned back to them…good luck trying to get your money back.
Extremely comfortable clothing. Most comfortable workout clothes I own, however very expensive. Great quality, although I have had to return a pair or two because the stitching comes undone. They replace them or reimburse you. Very flattering clothes, would recommend. Make sure you wash with care (cold water, inside out, air dry). This ensures the fabric maintains its great condition. I follow these instructions, however sometimes the stitching comes loose, but as mentioned they will replace/reimburse you if this occurs. Great company.
I ordered 3 months ago and followed up 10 times and received no answer. Every time in the support system got disconnected from their server. Ordered 2 items and received just one of them and still following up for the item but there is nobody in this. Company to answer.
As much as I love wearing Lululemon clothing it hurts to say how awful the customer service is, a pair of my pants I sent to get hemmed has randomly went missing and after two weeks I have yet to receive them. Customer service was absolutely no help what so ever along with the employees in store. I can say I won't be shopping there again.
After waiting online twice for about 45 min to talk to an "Educator" (what a snobby term for a CS rep), they refused to acknowledge something was wrong with the information they were providing (site said item was shipped and delivered... To wrong address... They said both times, "just wait longer". Neither rep was apologetic, neither offered ANY compensation, then when I tried to cancel the order, "Alex" flat out refused. I asked to talk to a supervisor and he/she refused that as well. I ended up submitting a fraud claim to the bank.
I am still in the midst of trying to return a pair of winder under leggings that ripped in the crotch after wearing them two times. It's been a joke at best. The customer service items provides no help. They wanted pictures and a description of the damaged leggings. I provided that. Then they told me "in 8-12 business days someone will co tact you about the return". No one did. I called them and they finally emailed me saying I'd get another email in 24-48 hours with a prepaid return label. No email came. I called them again. They said it was sent. Well it wasn't because I didn't get it. They told me in ANOTHER 24-48 hours they'd reissue they return label so now I'm waiting for that. I honestly think they want to make the process as difficult as possible so people will give up. For a high end brand their customer service and return policies are abysmal at best. I will never ever buy from them again and will tell everyone about my experience.
Please don't waste your money for this crap. They are Anti-American, Anti-Police. They tried to kick on duty officers off of a public sidewalk specifically because they don't like the police.

Overall product quality is not worth the prices they are charging. If you buy online, it take almost 2 weeks to arrive. I bought similar products at Amazon, almost as good quality for $19 and they arrive the next day. LuLu's days are numbered, failing business model.
Lululemon is not worth it. It's incredibly exclusive. I don't want to want to be rude to them but, there leggings are 100$! You could by leggings much cheaper at your local stores. I do not recommend buying from here. Some products show up in bad condition.
Poor customer service I have experienced in the past, I never shopped there again! However, I'm passed iff that the CEO stands behind the firing of its employees for calling 911 on shoplifters! I know it's only merchandise but that is total BS! Hope they go under
I ordered 2 things from lulu lemon on 2/15. One of the items came 2/19. And then second item is yet to come. I got in contact with someone from lulu lemon, they said they lost that item. They also said it would take 4 days to "track down". After a few days went by (i'm already upset as this is supposed to be a birthday present for 3/10) I finally got an email by saying I had one of 2 options. Either a refund or to reorder the item. It has almost been a month, I was furious as those were my only two options. I asked for both a refund AND the item and they simply just refunded me the money and acted like I didn't request both. So thank you lulu lemon!
I have one star because I couldn't right without one! I bought 2 items one was delivered but not the second one! They the chat for more them 2 hours

I bought a pair of leggings a few months ago from Lululemon online at a discounted price and they started unraveling at the seams shortly after a few wears. I have been trying to exchange them for the same pair or get a store credit because I live 2 hours from the nearest store and have gotten nowhere. I keep being told by customer service that their quality team will reach out to me and they're swamped. This is so unfortunate because they used to be a great company with great clothing and customer service and this is just not the case anymore. I am now stuck with a pair of $100 leggings that I can't wear.
I accidentally sent an item I ordered to an address that no one will be at because I did not realize my app was defaulted to my last order which is an overnight camp. I realized this into the first day of shipping process and I called Lululemon and they told me they would submit a request and if it was a success I would get an email in 2 days. What? If it's a success? They could care less if it's not, she said that's all that can be done, I just never receive my item. I realize this is my mistake, but what I don't understand why they cannot call Fedex and try a little harder, one girl said they can't make outbound calls. For such a successful big company one would think this would be an easy fix or at least some understanding considering what I spend at Lulu. Frustrating!
Whatever you buy, make sure it is exactly what you want and don't even consider buying something as a gift. The customer service is not anywhere near the level of their price point. I tried returning product by mail with the original receipt within the return window and I felt like they thought I was a criminal. They claim to have managers to escalate problems and after 2 1/2 hours of time I was finally able to come to a mediocre resolution and was told that next time I had to send pictures of my receipt via email. I don't know where that clause came from but I did finally get my money and am done shopping at Lululemon. There is a reason "lemon" is part of their name
Everything is fine until you need customer service. When you do, it feels like you are dealing with a scam company. For a company this size I would expect to deal with customers in a better way. The "educators" are confused, getting different answer from each, my credit card was charged, then reimbursed, then charged again with different amount... Not possible to cancel orders. Absolutely disgraceful! And the worst part is that it is not the first time.
Answer: Middle schoolers just "have" to have these. I think they are overpriced and not worth the label.
Answer: Customer Service hours are very limited. Hold time is excessive, and customer resolution is NOT a priority.
