I was not aware that there would be four months of shampoo shipped. I wanted one set to try.
I have used it for a week and it has not been good for my hair and the conditioner is to heavy... Now I have 4 sets of shampoo sitting around
My credit card was charged before shipment was made. When I called customer service I was told that it was not send due to conditioner being out of stock.I was promised to be compensated in the amount of 20% but instead I received an email that my membership was cancelled.
First I received only 2 items and other 2 like drops and leave foam they forget. I called customer service and asked where missed thought I receive whole together shampoo, conditioner, 5% minoxidil, leave foam for every time shipping to me. Now all I got it thank you!
I want to return my order minus the one shampoo, conditioner, & foam I received! I got a 4 month supply and am not happy because my hair fell out after using it for a few weeks! I have called twice, written twice and after over Two full weeks was put on a call back list within 24hrs and now you are finally getting back to me! Please send me a return confirmation so I can send the products back and get a refund of my $177.00! I only ordered one month supply and got a 4 month supply and Was surprised to see a charge of $177 on my card! I will pay the return shipping that was stated in the add but still don't think that's fair! I can't get my hair back! Please help me! I would like a refund please!
My hair is no longer feeling brittle and dry. Also, no static! Love both the shampoo and conditioner. Now, if it will only help it grow back. Then I truly would be over the moon! Only time will tell if I have wasted my money.
I've used the shampoo 5 times so far & love it. I wash my hair 2 or 3 times a week. I'm unsure about how to use the foam. I've been using it every day on my wet or dry hair. I just want to know if that is the correct way to use it since I don't wash my hair every day.
I wrote to order conditioner only. They said they would call me back. They called with numbers that could have been spam so I didn't answer. I finally just called the number and they ordered it for me. It was a long process. Too long.
Two of the products were unsealed and spilled in the box when the shipment arrived. I tried to call several times and was never able to get through to a person even after leaving a callback number. I emailed your customer service and did not get a response. I am uncomfortable using products that are opened when I receive them. I was asking if you would replace the damaged products, I can mail them back to you. Please let me know by telephone what you want me to do.

When received order did on line chat with customer service. Marilyn was wonderful. Will follow suggestons and keep fingers crossed in 4 to 6 months will see more thickeing - my issue not baldness but just thinner hair growth - age 72, woman
I always question these gimmicks when you check out and try to sell more products. Sounds like a scam!
As per my comment above, I still feel that continued "sales techniques" once you try to place an order makes the company and product sound like a less than desirable product or company. I don't want to order ANY product that continues to "haunt" me with sales pitchs after purchase. I received the product, but now realize that their shampoo and conditioner alone will not "regrow" my hair. You must buy the vairous other gimmicks that are offered, if any chance of regrowth at all, would have to be used. I do not want to continue use or receive any future orders from Shapiro MD.
I received and used my product for a month. After experiencing increased hair loss the look of greasy hair. I stopped. Called customer service to use the guarantee and was told that because I contacted customer service previously that it voided the guarantee. I am 100% dissatisfied and stuck with three months of your 'product'. I am issuing a complaint to FB.
The shopping process was fast and easy. I got what ordered on time. The customer service was impeccable, price is better than reasonable, and it was free shipping.
Unfortunately, minoxidil5% causes me considerable amount of puffiness in the face and hands area: even though I apply it only once a day as per customer service representative's advice.
I was told presently Shapiro MD is out of stuck with minoxidil 2% for women.
To my regret, the side effects do not allow me to continue using this drug.
Good, though I was unaware that I would receive 6 units of each product. This is a year's supply in my case. I guess that makes sense since it was so pricey. Maybe it indicated the quantity in the original order, but I'm too busy to sort through it and verify. We'll see if the product works, I hope it does - I want and need thicker hair. The other thing I wasn't aware of and is annoying is the instructions say to leave the product in your hair for 4 minutes - both shampoo and conditioner. That's a LONG time in my world. Again, I wish I had known this and I may not have kept the product.
If you even care, I have called to speak to a supervisor, was told they would call me back - never did. I set up a concierge appt with specific time and date, they never calle some. Emailed Tanya, whose email contact is in the packaging, no reply. Sent out a final attempt to contact through *******@shapiromd about 4-5 days ago, so far no friggin reply. About to send his product back because I refuse to use it until someone contacts me! *******429
I need to change my shipment date and was expecting another call back but have not received anything from you yet. I wasn't sure why I got the second shipment so quickly after the first order either. I need to change the next shipment to December 1st. I don't wash my hair that often. I also do not know my account number.

Your reps communication were hard to understand. My second communication went unanswered. The period from my order being shipped to when I received it was too long. Your company needs better communication skills.
It took too long to get here.
The product is great so far. My hair does feel fuller. I cant tell if I'm growing new hair in my bald spots. So far I like it.
Please do not send me more product. I want to see if new hair grows in. Thank you
My products were delivered in a timely fashion. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion arrived in a thoroughly and securely packaged manner. However, I have only used the products for three days, so I have no evidence yet regarding the alledged effectiveness of these products.
I am liking the product, however, when i called to ask a question about the ingredients and my heart rate going up a couple of hours after using the foam the person told me it could not be affecting me because it was topical. Chemicals are absorbed by the skin, it is why women shouldn't use minoxidil and wash your hands after using. She did not seem as knowledgeable as i bad hoped. Experimenting with myself now.
I have called multiple times to delay my next order as it's lasting longer than I expected. I cannot reach anyone and have not received a call back. I don't see a place on your website to delay the date of my next shipment.
