The price online and in my emailed receipt didn't match. I inquired as to why the receipt displayed a higher amount. I never received an answer but my bank account was only charged the amount that displayed on screen when my order was placed.

I called your customer service and never was Abel to speak with an agent the phone would gang up after holding for 5minutes. I'm not happy with product it caused. Rash and bumps on my scalp, I returned the product and had to pay an additional $29 I'm very dissatisfied.

I've been using the shampoo and contitioner for about a month now, and I am already seeing a difference. I used to have so much hair fall out as I washed...now its down to a bare minimum. Very happy with the results. Thank you!

So far I have not noticed any difference in hair loss, however I have only been using product for about two weeks. The product was smaller than I had anticipated for the price that it was. It was expensive for what you get. I have cancelled any future orders and will reorder when I need more if the product does what you say it will. Best regards, JoAnn

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for two and a half weeks now and I can already see a difference in how hair I lose when I shampoo or comb my hair... Can't wait to see what it looks like after the 60 days.

I called customer service just to verify that I was NOT in an auto ship program (I had read several reviews that some customers claimed they were put on auto ship unknowingly). The rep assured me my order was a one-time order and was very professional.

I ask them to suspend my order because I had ordered 2 bottles of shampoo and conditioner and leave in foam. They were happy to help me and I just need to call back if I need more before April 30 when my order will resume.

My bottles came in half empty and the foam was completely empty. I sent an email and a rep called me back but I was unable to answer. I called your company back twice and waited 15 minutes each time to speak to a rep and hung up in frustration each time at how long it was taking. I honestly gave up trying to solve my issue at all out of frustration with the process. Disappointed!

I am concerned as my hair seems to be thinning b/c of the shampoo and conditioner? The shampoo makes my hair like cotton candy- very fragile. Should I use less often? I did not anticipate this happening. I stopped using Oleplex last year for similar reasons. Are the ingredients the same?I am 68 years old and my hair texture is fine and I have a few balding spots starting. Please advise.

Site on Facebook a little hard to navigate...had a heck of a time ordering the hair styling foam...ordered the 4 month supply of shampoo and conditioner, and your site threw me straight to checkout without any options to purchase more material.

Fairly good

Fairly good. One thing that I do not like is the automated reordering and not having the ability to change things in my account. I prefer to order the product when I want it not when it's assumed by your system.

It was not a seamless experience. It kept looping (not sure if that is the correct word). If I inquired of a product and if I wanted to look at a different package it became complicated. I would have ordered more products had it not been so difficult.

I love the product

I love the product. My hair feels and smells nice.
My hair is fairly thick and decided to use your product, after reading about it. Im hoping your shampoo and conditioner will keep it that way.
I also appreciate the natural ingredients in it.
It's a little pricey but most higher end shampoos and conditioners are.
It takes a little longer to shampoo by having to leave it on for ten minutes and since I'm used to shampooing quickly and being done, it'll take a little time to get used to it. If it works it'll be worth it.

Ordering was pretty simple and straight forward. Info about how long to leave shampoo in is cratrdaditory.
- the video recommends leaving the shampoo in for 20 min.
- Reading elsewhere seems to imply splitting the time between the shampoo and the conditioner.
- The bottles themselves say 2-3 min but not more than 20.

I am choosing to take the approach of 10 min for shampoo and 10'min for conditioner. Would love to know if this is correct.

I tried leaving a comment on Amazon but it's not allowing me since I should be buying the product first before I can review.
I understand that if I review and snip shot it I would receive a free bottle of Shapiro.

Hello, after I received my first order, I wrote to say that I had accidentally ordered a product for men. I wanted to return a portion of that order as I am a woman. The only response I received was this kind of survey asking if I was satisfied with the customer service. I did not receive any customer service regarding my wanting to return part of the order. The feeling I get is that this is a large company and now that they have my money, they don't care about customer service. I am hoping this is an oversight and that someone will contact me regarding return part of the order. Thank you. Christine Titus
