I've been using the product for 3 years now I am so impressed The top of my head was completely no hair now you would never know the hair has grown back it took some time but I had a lot of patience and use the product every day I strongly recommend people to try shapiro MD. Eric
Purchase was easy. Didn't know about the duty I would have to pay so that was a surprise. I did look back on the website and couldn't find anything about additional al cost to ship to canada.
Haven't used the product long enough to see a difference.

My hair is really curly. Your conditioner alone will not get all the tangles out. Since my hair is thinnest on the top of my head is that where I should use your product and my regular conditioner on the length. Have only used your products for about 20 days so I have no comment on it's effectiveness yet.
I looked up this business and noticed it is not accredited by the Better Business B. Their website also says it is still waiting for papers to back of claims of clinical results for this product. I too was curious to see more transparency of clinical results by Shapiro. Where is the proof of

I needed to order more of the tropical solution product for the hair regrow this kit. The order process was as convenient and no issues what so ever. I love what has happened to my hair using these products over the years. I feel so much more confident about my hairstyle today due to the development of Shapiro MD.
I was charged for a 2nd shipment before my 1st shipment arrived. I wanted to at least try the product before to make sure it is something that will work with my specific hair loss issues before signing up for recurring orders. I called customer service and was on hold for an extremely long time before it gave me the option to put in a # for a call back. I finally spoke with an extremely kind and helpful rep. She listened to my concerns and offered to reduce my 2nd order by 50%. She was very helpful in explaining how to use the product. I just received my order yesterday (8/13) a day ahead of scheduled delivery. I've not used the product yet. But I must tell you that your customer service rep (sorry I did not get her name) that I spoke with was AMAZING! Thank You
I was unable to track the pkg at first because on my email said it was coming FedEx. Then to find out it was in canada post service. And it took for ever to come as well. But finally arrived this week.
The shampoo smells great, that's about it. I can get various shampoos that smell good and give my hair volume. I choose As for the conditioner is not good at all it doesn't condition my hair at all! Very disappointed with this product!
I have heard of Dr. Shapiro in the past...only on an Instagram post. My hair is fine and I have had hair extensions on while I use the product.
They are coming out and I will look forward to seeing some results soon.
So far so good! I emailed customer service about a mix up with my address and they corrected it right away and I received my shipment quickly. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for about 10 days now and my hair feels more full and bouncy.
I liked that they explained the science of hair loss, and how their products work scientifically to combat it.
It was easy to place my order on their website. Before my order came they educated me on how to use the products and what to expect from regular use. My order arrived very fast! Overall I am very impressed with Shapiro MD and can't wait to see the results!
I had no idea that I was going to have to pay to another almost $40 To the post office when my order arrived. I'm on a fixed income so it took a lot for me to place the order in the first place. Never mind additional fee.
I would like to return my package for a full refund. I feel like I was tricked into spending $229 on this product. When I chose the package (which included all products not just shampoo & conditioner) it was listed as a trial size Or something like that & only around $60. As I went through order process all of a sudden I'm charged over $200. So I decided to wait & see but all I got was 4 of each shampoo & conditioner. I'm not spending $200 on shampoo & conditioner. I have not opened them & they are still on the box they came in.

Wanted to order another product and tried to get thru to service department. Waited on line awhile and then an automated service said they'd call me back when it was my turn. They never called me back.
I received 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners and have used them I really like the products - but I thought I was supposed to receive a free gift- just not sure.

So far I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for 1 month. I am unable to tell a difference in hair growth, but am pleased with how my hair feels better. I planned to use this for 3 months and see if there is a change in amount of hair growth. If there isn't a change then it is too expensive. Shopping site was a little confusing and I thought the leave in product was included and it was not. We shall see in another 2 mos.
Your products took a while to get here, and I've only used them three times thus far. I hope that they live up to what is advertised. Back to you in a month with more information. Curious, when I called I inquired if the shampoo and conditioner were enough to really start to see results, or was it recommended that I add in minoxidil? The representative mentioned that the shampoo and conditioner would be the perfect combination to see results. If so why do you offer the minoxidil?

I hate loosing my hair. I haven't found a reason for my hair loss. I'm just 65. I am loving the new way my hair feels. Soft. Manageable. I have used the shampoo and conditioner 4'times so far. Thank you for being here for me in my time of need.
Your offer and cost are misleading. Just be honest.
However, i have been using your product for 3 weeks now and i have to say that i really like it! I don't have nearly as much hair loss now! I can't say that i notice any regrowth yet but time will tell. I am just glad to not be losing as much. I like how your product makes my hair and scalp feel. My hair has never been so shiny!
