I order an extra bottle of the leave in stuff one of the bottles lid came off and was completely empty the box was completely soaked. I emailed customer service they never responded back. So I probably will not order again due to that
Evidently my order was delayed but I received no update to this. After a month of not hearing anything I contacted customer service. The woman I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. She told me she would check on availability for me and I received the order in 7 days.
I was disappointed that I didn't receive any notification of a delay in my order fulfillment.
I was frustrated that it automatically signed me up for automatic shipments of the product, which I did not want. It was not a user friendly site, and seemed designed to trick people into buying more product. If your product is good, you don't need to use trickery to get people to buy it! Also, the shampoo and conditioner are very drying and made my hair feel like straw, so I feel like I can't use it. So sad. I had such hope.

i tried to email and call regarding my order. I had accidentally ordered 4 sets of the treatment products instead of just one. So when I saw the large of $229 on my card i was surprised, i tried calling and emailing but i could not get through, and it took a while for the products to arrive so I was concerned about the charge since i did not know i had ordered four or there was maybe a clerical area on your end. I reached out to my bank and reported the charge, they reimbursed me for the extra three sets. I would like to send these back to you. Can you send me a shipping label or a return code?
When ready to check out, it kept teying to sell me other products. Would've liked to skip all that and just go to checkout. It said it was two day shipping but took almost a week for product arrival. First order said I was going to get a free product with my order but didn't receive one. Now wondering if shampoo and conditioner will get me any results without the other products.
When I received my box the product leaked out in the box. Not bad but some. 2 if the boxes inside were crunched. Like they were damaged before it was put in the bigger box for shipping. Plus the box wasnt even taped closed when I picked it up at the mail box. As far as the shampoo and conditioner they seem to be alright.
Shapiro shipped quickly and kept me informed along the way. I received the leave-in conditioner which was to heavy for my hair. When I called customer service about it, they were very professional and are sending me the regular rinse out conditioner. They were very pleasant to work with
The product initially took some hair. I've used it several times since and this has decreased. My hair is feeling coarse...is this normal? I will use it until it is gone, or I see more hair loss. I'll let you know.
At the time I was investigating my hair loss and told by my doctor it was from medication... so I returned my second free trial box after talking to customer service about how to return. I did so but never received credit...since then I restarted the shampoo and bought the scalp treatment as my medication is not to blame for hair loss.
The products took awhile to get to me. When I tried to call it was impossible I also sent an email and got no answer back. Now I have used the shampoo and conditioner and style gel and it gave me a itchy scalp and frizzy hair I wish to return all products. How can is do this
Confused about leave in foam. Offer says shampoo/conditioner/leave in foam but then the foam is offered on another page as if it's not part of original offer. Order arrived with all three; shampoo, conditioner and leave in foam. Easy to use.
Order tracking system did not provide estimated date of delivery, only that the package reached the facility and it is on its way. I had to stay at home for over a week waiting for the delivery. When the package finally arrived two weeks after the purchase, there was still no estimated date of delivery or delivery confirmation on the tracking system.
I saw this product on Facebook. Desperate for now hair growth I thought I would try it. The Facebook ad said that my order would come with a free bonus gift of leave in conditioner. That was not the case all I received were two bottles of shampoo and two bottles of conditioner. I thought I would try the product any way. So far I have been using it for one week. I'm unsure at the moment if I would buy it again. I think I need more time to see if it actually helps.
I do wonder if the leave in conditioner is part of the program the may make a difference. If Shapiro MD felt inclined to send me the two free bottles of conditioner I would be grateful.
I contacted customer service, as I was vastly surprised when what should have been a lot less expensive purchase so that I could try out the products, appeared to be a HUGE amount of money that I could not afford. (over $250.00) I asked in my note if I could just write REFUSED on the unopened box and mail it back for a refund. I received no response. I have not opened the box. I am not happy with it just sitting here at home, but I cannot afford it, and I need to send it back for a refund. The pandemic has created a huge financial burden for me, and I just cannot afford the expense. I swear, I did not click on any kink to this huge purchase.
First time my order was for $300.00. I didn't receive order for 10 days. When I contact customer service number they didn't answer call. I called 2 more times. No answer. Fourth time I called left my phone number and name for CS to call me on status of order. Nobody call me. Few days letter I went online on shapiromd.com and get connected with virtual assistant they said once order.will be shipped you will be notified by email. After few days I called again. Same ans. I requested to compensate for delay. They retired 10% of my total order. Finally I gave up and call for refund. Very poor customer service.
I can't get anyone from customer support to respond to my emails or phone calls! I want to return my product for a full refund as your advertisement stated was policy, your advertisement also stated we could contact customer support for fast service but sadly that has not been my experience.
I'm new to Shapiro and loving the products so far however, I'm disappointed with the customer service. I'm female and was sent the 5% Minoxidil (which states not for use by women) instead of the 2% Minoxidil. Sent an email about this weeks ago but no response. Received my second order today and its the same thing. Sent customer support another email today, awaiting a response.

The only comment is I found it a bit deceiving - I thought I was buying 1 set for $49 but ended up with $249 for 4 month supply. Based on how much shampoo you need to lather through long hair - I'm not sure it will last a full month so for the price i'm not sure I will reorder. I have been using your products for about 3-4 weeks and love the way my hair feels and looks! I am not sure if I see any 'sprouts' yet but it is still a little early in the process. I will keep using your products even if I do not get hair growth results because of the way my hair looks. Thank you!
I have not tried your product yet. I'm trying to finish my other stuff up first so I don't have so much stuff open and laying in the shower. I don't like clutter. But I'm getting there soon, so it will not be much longer. Sorry for the long delay. Can not wait to try.
