I am a 73 year old senior citizen and i try to keep myself mentally and physically fit so i have a large shed that i do a bit of mechanical repairs and wood turning so the compressor comes in very handy thank you very much for being so prompt.
My boot struts were easy to order, with simple instructions on how to ensure I was ordering the right item for my make of car. The struts arrived quickly and well packaged. To fit the struts there was even a step by step video tutorial which made the whole process stress free. I now have a boot that is easy to open and stays open, with easy to fit instructions all at the fraction of the price of going to a garage to get it done - and yes I am a woman, who says we can't do car DIY!
I sent my faulty boot struts to SGS at the start of the week for refurbishment. By the end of the week, I had received them back and they were like new and now work as they should. I cannot recommend them enough. It's rare these days to get this type of service and the communication from them was first class!
I needed a solid trolley jack to lift my 4x4 Landover Defender 90. The SGS 2.5 ton hight lift fits the bill perfectly. It is solidly made. Smooth lifting action and return down. High lift achieved by the extension to the lifter cup. Rubber pad supplied in the lifter cup. Very quick delivery by DHL who notified me of the 2 hour delivery slot.

Hi I have just received my 72 inch toolbox and it is great and also the help I got when I rang before I ordered was great. I have been a HGV mechanic for more than 30 years and have had snap on and us pro tool boxes. This tool box from SGS is as good and well built as my snap on box at work this box is for my garage at home and is better than expected.it was also well packaged and delivery service was excellent with a phone call 1 hour before delivery.

As a loyal customer owning a substantial amount of equipment procured from SGS, I have always been positive about all my experiences with them, but especially when things go wrong.
I believe its how you retrieve the situation that counts, sadly on my latest experience I felt i was given a bit of a run around.
SGS admitted they had never encountered a problem like the one I experienced before, which was my petrol brush cutter failing to revolve, after changing the head, so perhaps there were mitigating circumstances.
It was just that i was continually sending videos and pics of the offending product, which in the end I ended up resolving myself.
In SGS defence they did attempt to sort out the issue by providing a trimmer head (foc) but this did not work out.
Needed some new gas struts for our Bailey Pageant 6 (2007) Caravan fixed bed, contacted SGS for advice and ordered as instructed. Fitted and they would not hold the bed up. I then contacted Bailey Parts and discovered SGS had supplied the wrong struts (Pressure too low) after going through the process of videos etc SGS agreed a refund however I had to pay the postage. They offered to send out the correct ones but I had to pay postage again. I was in effect being asked to pay for their mistake.
I decided to go to Bailey Parts for the struts which work perfectly and are actually cheaper! I would not recommend this company to the general public.

Order a 3 ton jack from SGS Engineering, arrived on time and in good condition. I have used quite a few Jack's in my time and this is the best I have used, it gives me real confidence lifting and the larger wheels help move it over imperfections in the road, so I am not having to lower it again to get a good position to stop the jack from dragging the vehicle. Great all round jack.
