Ordered over the August bank holiday. SGS got in touch after the holiday to say that stock had run out and promised a revised delivery delivery a week later. I agreed to this and SGS beat their promise handsomely. Very Satisfied
As a start up company I'm on a budget but sgs's prices allowed me to get two items for the price of one, next day delivery that came with its own hour slot was very help full with so much to do atm and a very good price for heavy items, when I need more items I'll be checking sgs first
Bought the wheel dolly's, great to manoeuvre my cars around. I was going to have to buy a four post lift but this solves my space problem and no expensive installation costs

I recently used this company to provide me with two replacement gas struts for the rooflight on my caravan. From ordering to receiving the items was quick and speedy. Return ******* - you have now had my return for over 6 weeks and yet I'm disappointed as you have still not refunded me. I've spend alot of time on trying to get this resolved.
I have told you on numerous occasions what the parcel looks like, sent proof of return, photos and answered your repeated questions over and over again. You have made promises to escalate to management and contact me and you constantly fail. This is most disappointing and not acceptable.
I look forward to hearing from you and receiving a full refund for goods we have returned and you appear to have lost.
I ordered a Milwaukee gun at two minutes to four in the afternoon, it arrived the next day at ten a.m.
It was very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition.

They won't refund your returns money in full, even when the item is faulty & that's against the law! £20+ to return a faulty strimmer, they will cover you for only £5. The law says they have to refund in full!

I searched the internet for a car trolley jack, I found several in the price range I was looking for, but only SGS supplied a hard case with the jack. The product was as described and was delivered as promised the next day. Excellent service, and I will certainly use SGS again.

To be honest, I don't leave many reviews about retailers; I mainly review products I have purchased. However, SGS has really impressed me. I purchased a tool case, which is great, but the level of service that followed after was exemplary.
