Ordering of the generator was very straightforward and it was received the next day.
The product appears well made, and despite filling with oil being tricky, it started first pull.
Obviously I can't judge reliability yet.
Their website made it really easy to select new gas structs to fit my car. Delivery was very fast (even though it was standard delivery) and the structs are excellent quality and fitted perfectly. Price is extremely competitive.
I had exactly the same excellent experience a few years ago when I replaced the structs on my son's car.
I have purchased a number of items from SGS. I am never disappointed by the quality for such a good price. The latest is a high lift trolley jack - its amazing - lifting 1.5 tons to 800mm. If you want a quick, high lift then you need one of these. No nonsense construction will take abuse for years to come by the looks of it.

Person on the phone was very knowledgeable and helped me will every aspect of my compressor order. Only problem I had was the fact that ordering over the phone I could only had it delivered to my home address and not work. So used their internet site. Already had the items I required from the telephone conversation so no Biggie.
I needed to find a replacement part for a boot strut that had corroded over the years but had no idea what I needed. I took photos and sent them over to Tom, who was able to identify the parts and provide me with links for the correct replacements. I've bought a 42" tool chest, and then a creeper and seat. All items were delivered promptly - the courier company for the tool chest rang in advance to arrange a convenient slot, which is a first for me and most welcome as it's such a large item.
Everything is packaged and protected, the quality is exceptional, and the price is so much cheaper than anywhere else.

Over a month ago I bought 2 gas struts which I needed to return to be modified. ( I paid the postage)
The struts have never been returned to me after many phone calls and emails. I paid in advance for the work to be carried out.
They lie constantly about delivery always blaming DHL for losing the parcel (3 times I believe!).
I have been told I can have a refund, but after ringing accounts a few times, there's no sign of any money back!

This is the second strimmer I've bought off SGS, the first one is still going strong, it's about 6 years old now, and it's had a hard life, having been loaned out to my neighbours a lot! The reason I've bought another is that I just want a new one, then the neighbours can use the old one. They are absolutely great, and I highly recommend them, very powerful, economical, easy to start, and very robust, buy one!
Took the leap to get a toolchest on wheels and get all my tools in one location. Bought the 13-drawer Mechanics Toolbox chest and roller cabinet deal for £130 - incl VAT and free delivery. Very pleasantly surprised at the ease of choice, purchase and delivery - and especially pleased to find the quality, finish and attention to practical design detail in the product. When I matched the new struts to the originals on our 2007 Focus CC3 they looked slightly different with mental heads and a removable pin. As they were a tight fit I rang SGS who explained where possible they preferred to use plastic sockets compared to plastic. A quick tap with a rubber hammer replace the pins and job done - less than 5 minutes. Only time will tell but it appears I now have a better part than the original, great service, support and product.

Bought a 5 drawer roller tool cabinet on Friday was filling it with my tools on Monday afternoon. Good quality build, it was on offer so the price was great. First time I have used SGS and have no problems with them.
I purchased a Grass and Brush Trimmer ordered on the Sunday night and was delivered on the Tuesday. The product is excellent i had owned a multi tool before from a well known shopping channel and it was useless. The one i have now is just brilliant.
