I needed to replace the gas struts in our Bailey Senator caravan which hold up the bed for storage access. The struts arrived well packed and in very quick time.
The quality of the product is second to none and much stronger than the factory fitted ones, the fitting took me a couple of minutes and they work brilliantly.
Overall a great company and great service and i would certainly recommend them to anyone.
What can i say that hasn't been said before. Ordered 2 pm Wed, delivered 9 am Thu. Well done to the courier company. The tool chest itself was exactly as expected. It's not top of the range but neither is the price and all in all extremely good value for money. Easy to unpack and assemble, although the instructions need updated. Asked to remove the side panel and slide out the top tool chest. The side panel has already been removed and the top tool chest held in place in the base by 4 screws on the bottom of the unit. Easy enough to unscrew if i could only find my screwdrivers. Why can't I keep all my tools in the same place? :)
Bought some struts for my hatchback. Website was really informative and easy to use. There was a really useful video on fitting. I chose standard delivery but item arrived quickly and really well packaged with an instruction sheet. Had good communication and an email invoice. Really impressed with the product and service.
I bought a 3 tonne heavy duty trolley Jack and it's better quality than the jacks I use at the garage I work at, it's less than half the price and it arrived next day. Wish I'd known about this place years ago, so much money wasted on junk from well known tool brands. Thank you SGS
Bought these gas struts for my Citroen car as I was going camping and the old ones haven't worked since I bought the car. Fast delivery and great quality they are not cheap but why buy some cheap off EBay and find they don't work or don't last. These were great and easy to fit and works great. I ordered a 3 ton trolley jack/lift in order to jack my big fat volvo up. Yet I chose to pay a reasonable price for one and plumped for SGS Engineering. Yet when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised. A full size handle, grip on the end and a rubber sleeve so that when jacking up no damage is done to the car, and along with this a dual piston setup and even a rubber jacking mat as well. Excellent quality for the money and delivered quickly during the holiday season when everyone else was not delivering so quickly. If this is the kind of quality on such a simple and cost effective trolley jack, I cannot wait to get the rest of the range.
I wish I had known how awful this company was... I ordered parts over three weeks ago... and after about ten phone calls to England asking where my parts were... being told lie after lie... they sent them out... they sent them out three times...? They gave me a FAKE tracking number... and none of the courier services have the parts? The worst customer service I have ever experienced... I still dont have the parts. And they have not refunded my money nearly 100 euro... Stay away from them... I will be taking it further though...

Ordered a 3 ton trolley jack on Thursday, and it was delivered 25 hours later!
It appears to be extremely well designed and manufactured, and with the benefit of a 2 year guarantee I have no doubt it will perform it's tasks well.

We are very happy with the Petrol Grass Strimmer / Brush Cutter / Trimmer. The strimmer went together well - despite our best efforts to mess it up! The clip on the harness doesn't work well at all so we have dispensed with it and bought an ordinary clip from our local hardware store. Also, we find that the strap on one side of the harness slips out of the fastening clip so I will stitch it on the sewing machine to avoid this happening as it's a bit of a nuisance. We haven't used the brush cutter attachment yet but we are very impressed with the strimmer. Delivery was really quick, much quicker than we expected and we are very happy with the service. We would certainly use this company again.
SGS have great prices, quite a bit cheaper than the big shops who they beat hands down. There is also fast free next day delivery so why would anyone want to wander around the shops looking for their items when SGS can sell it cheaper and deliver fast.
Emailed enquiry was quickly responded to with a return call. Advice provided by SGS on correct tailgate struts, I ordered there and then. Struts arrived next day and thanks to their website video, I had a fully functioning tailgate within 2 minutes.
I was so pleased when my items arrived on time as described. The quality is better than many on the market. After searching many brands, SGS seemed the most competitive in price and Quality.

I am a professional Gardener and use the 'Easy Lift Harness' for hedge cutting. It uses a gas strut. When the original one broke, I went online and ordered one from SGS. It was very straightforward to enter all the required specifications, the price was less than the OEM item, which are unavailable in any case, and the delivery was very quick, enabling me to use the equipment in my business much sooner than expected. An excellent service.
Excellent! The parts sent were exactly right and easily fitted. I tried several websites and found that this is the best website by far for getting the gas struts. I just put in the number written on my old struts and behold, up came my car's make and model. Especially pleasing as my car is not a recent model.
