I received my custom blinds and they were cut and fit to perfection! I had the television wall painted with a royal blue and gray finish. I then coordinated the window frame with a gray trim and the royal blue blinds brought it all together! Not only the color and fit, but the craftsmanship was perfect!
Overall the shades are exactly what I expected and received., The casing around the shades is far too thick - thus causing the width of the roller shade material to be short.? Allowing the light to have seepage on the sides of the windows. Other companies casing was not as thick as select blinds other than that overall they are fine.
All blinds were delivered quickly and ready for installation. I hired my handyman to complete the installation, and I can't believe the money I saved compared to the estimates that I obtained for similar blinds.
/we ordered the bamboo and the black, cordless. I hung them about a 1/4 to 1/2 the way down the window so we have the top exposed to the light and the usually keep the bottom closed in the bedroom/bathroom.
I ordered samples twice and they were quality of what I received when ordered. I was dissatisfied with the fact that tracking was not updated at all until it was sent out. It was frustrating to see for weeks "in progress" as in still gathering materials for the order. I had contacted support and it was a nightmare. I received a respond 3 days later only after the fact I texted "I want a refund" overall, the blinds are beautiful but with the pain of the unknown customer service department response timing, I will not order again. A simple misunderstanding that you as a company did not see as important.

We chose inside mount for our three windows that create one big picture window. Older house, new windows. We had to buy anchors to be able to mount in the windows. I just wish the mounting instructions would have been more clear when you are selecting what type. Also was bummed that inside mount didn't have the cordless lift. It's a little obnoxious how many times we have to pull the cord to raise and lower. Now that they are hung they do look nice! And seem to be pretty good quality. Definitely watch for sales! We ordered during president's day sale and it was about a 3 week lead time.
Fabric is quality. Roman shades great but I wanted motorized and got the Connect bridge and it was also supposed to work with Alexa. Can't get bridge to work all 3 shades together and plug in to recharge isn't in a good accessible place.
I ordered 2 blinds in December and after many many calls with no answer I now see that my order has been canceled. I haven't received a refund for $138 I spent to buy these blinds
Do not do business with this company. I told them I would go to the Better Business to file a complaint and the representative threatened me with no longer that if I did that they would no longer talk to me. Mob tactics.

Overall the quality and construction look great. I've been plagued with issues with this order from the start. First they were sent without the "no-drill" mounting bar as ordered. That took several weeks to be made and sent out. Second, when I was finally able to mount the blinds, I discovered one was made.25 inches too big and not to the measurements I sent it. I'm still working to resolve this with Select Blinds over 6 weeks after the initial order was placed. Customer service is very challenging as they use a text message service that at times is very slow to respond. I've waited almost 24 hours for a text response.

Box came badly damaged and blind fabric material was exposed. It got dirty as a result.

Don't waste your time or money! Color pictured is not what you will receive. No customer service (no return/refund) options. I regret this purchase and definitely do not recommend Select Blinds. There are much better blind companies with better prices and customer service

Ordering was easy and blinds arrived in a reasonable amount of time. My only disappointment would be with the valance.
The clips for the valance are designed to hold 2 metal valances but the blinds only come with 1 piece. When done it looked like a piece was missing on the clips so I decided to make my own valance.
Ordered and waited till after the promise date to contact them. Only to be told the date was moved forward. Waited till that day to contact them again. Most updates were by text but confirmed by email. Took longer than promised in the original order date by 2 weeks, was told it was due to customs? They are built in Mexico. I was under the assumption that they were made in the USA.
I have ordered from Select blinds before. I liked the original blinds. This new batch of blinds are made a little different. You lift up and pull down on both but the new ones, the only way to open is if you lift them. I like to sometimes tilt the slats but this style is difficult to get them tilted without lifting them up and exposing the window. They will do but I am a little disappointed.
-Not worth the money or time.
-Have to constantly adjust.
-2 already broken.
-They don't close all the way
-Unevenly cut so causes additional problems.
-Top and the stick to turn are white. Looks like a rookie built them.

My husband and I moved into our new home and needed to buy window treatments for all our windows. We did the bedrooms from Home Depot because we need treatments in there right away. They were double the price. We have ordered all the rest of our blinds from this company and our 1000% satisfied.
Blinds shipped quickly and look great in our rooms. Installation definitely requires two people as the long woven shade we ordered was quite heavy. But overall was straightforward and easy to install especially with the videos on the website.
I am a return customer and have been completely happy with the products I have ordered in the past. My most recent order i placed I'm disappointed. The brackets to mount the shade can only be mounted one way. The top of my window is arched therefore the mounts don't work. Customer service stated there is nothing they offer to mount the shade and nothing they can do. They referred me to an outside company for assistance. They also stated they would not refund me despite the shade being in an unopened box. Very disappointed in the lack of assistance.

Place 2 orders within a month, both were delivered to wrong address even though even though they had correct address on file. FedEx driver just dumped them a quarter mile away. Called before 2nd order shipped and was assured they had correct address. Foreign call center? Shipping labels were both incorrect, Won't order from them again

I recently ordered two honeycomb blinds to help darken the room with my tv. Select Blinds website made the measuring and ordering process easy and quick. The blinds were made and shipped quickly and were easy to install. I'm very happy with Select Blinds product and service.
I ordered the same blind from you quite a few years back. I was happy to find the blind I ordered. I didn't even have to change the hardware. The window the blind is in faces South and the blind takes a beating in the heat.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
