I worked with their design consultant on the phone to order the blinds as I am not an expert however when the blinds arrived they came in with all left hand pull chains and no right hand ones for double windows so when I called the company to resolve this I've been put on chat several times and I still have not spoken to anybody can help me and I have been told that I have to pay for a whole new order to make this work so basically I have to pay double for this order. I'm pretty horrified so I will be putting a dispute claim in with my credit card company as this is the biggest ripoff I've ever been through I now have it almost $1,000 worth of unusable blinds.
I would highly recommend that if you are on a budget and I am on a rather tight one, that you do not do business with this company.

With some minor adjustments installation was simple and the blinds look great!
Arrived on time, went up easily. Did not realize the backside was light pink - not the best but ok.
This is the second time I have ordered from Select Blinds. The on-line order process was easy, the product is of great quality, and they blinds are easy to install. It was a good experience and a good value.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
