I needed a lot of help and SelectBlinds helped me throughout; because the blinds were a gift to my 2 teen grandsons, I worried about the measurements they did several times. I ended up buying the insurance for peace of mind, although didn't use it. The boys had measured correctly, put them up with ease, they fit and look great, and we have 2 happy campers.
We bought select blinds 15 years ago. And now we have new windows with some slightly different sizes. So the ordering process went well as we checked and double-checked to make sure we got it right. We also ordered some blinds for Windows that had some traditional vertical blinds we wanted to go top down bottom up on everything. The clips to install them are a little different so I was frustrated on the first one. But they were actually very easy I was just making it hard after the first one everything went perfectly well. Great blinds love the top down bottom up
Easy to follow instructions for measuring windows made ordering custom made blinds online less stressful. Delivery time was good, considering the blinds are made in Vietnam and they were routed through South Korea on their way to the U.S. (I failed to check where they were made before ordering.) The blinds arrived in excellent condition and are very nice. Installation instructions were easy to follow, but I've done this before, so I've had some experience. The new blinds look great and matched my curtains perfectly. The chain mechanism to raise & lower the blinds is working smoothly so far. They were more expensive than I would have liked — I might have saved money by shopping around, but I can't complain about the value because they are good quality.
FedEx refused to ship my blinds to my address. Select Blinds received my blinds back. Now they say that "their production department" refuses to refund my money. (Close to $1,000). Poor customer service that never follows through! I wish that I had looked at their Better Business Bureau complaints before ordering which are an extreme number. I'm working with my bank for resolution and perhaps further action. BEWARE!
Easy to order. I caught a great sale as well. The open from top down & bottom up was exactly what I was looking for. They weren't available when we bought our first blinds 17 years ago. The bamboo color was perfect.
I had several questions that were answered quickly and professionally by Vanessa and then Mack. I found it challenging to measure the window without fully understanding the construction of the window blind. Customer service was very helpful.

SelectBlinds has been great to work with. I was thrilled to see that I could lock in a sale price by ordering samples - and I noticed this on Black Friday, so 60% off! And I could find exactly what I wanted without rushing. I love the quality; the cloth Roman Shades are so beautiful, and are even energy efficient.
I called several times to find out when my order would come and got no response. After weeks, I 'talked' with someone or something on chat, and after I said that I think I have been scammed, the blinds showed up at my door a week or so later. There just seemed to be no one around and no way to reach anyone. They arrived much later than the website said they would be shipped, unless they are made in China and that is considered the ship date. Now that I finally have them, I like them, but it was a hassle to try to find out anything.
My order included the new screw less installation method. I could not believe how easy it was to install my new window blind. It did not take more than a minute after the parts were removed from packaging. The blinds look and function like all my other blinds that were installed earlier and required the screws in installation. I could not have been more pleased or surprised as to how easy the process was!
The Top-down Bottom-up blinds that we bought were easy to install and we are loving them. I love the fact that I can have the blind down from the top and I can see out into our beautiful Arizona landscape without feeling like I am being watched. I had to replace one blind out of 7 that we installed because of a flaw in the fabric and it was very easy and quick.
I am ordering blinds for the last two window. Now all the rooms in our home will have Select Blinds. I can't say enough about them--they darken the room completely, or let in the view of the plants in our greenhouse when we want. We get so many compliments on them.
The measuring made me nervous and was somewhat confusing, but I think that had more to do to me. It all turned out perfectly! The blinds were as described - very nice quality. Installation was easy and shipping was quick! I would recommend!
I ordered the removable Roman shades. They are exactly what I was looking for! I ordered samples (that came very quickly) for a color match. Customer service was excellent when I called about shipping times and the website was so helpful for taking measurements. I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend Select Blinds.
I am reasonably satisfied with the quality of the blinds, but I wish I'd added several inches to the height measurement. While the blinds I received are technically the correct length, they do not stay fully extended, and instead retract back up ~5" at the bottom.

Had a little problem when ordering, they had said first time orders I can get so much off. Well after I ordered they said does not apply. So never got a discount. Overall the blinds are Ok. Had a little problem getting them to roll. Got that fixed. We will see if they are sturdy enough, Only time will tell

I didn't want a noticeable shade on my window but needed something to block the heat from the sun in the mornings. The solar shade I ordered is perfect. You can hardly notice it when retracted and it does a great job shielding the hot sun.
This wasn't our first order with Select Blinds. Their customer service is second to none. I made a measurement mistake on my second order and they made it right with no questions asked. Easy installation and the fit is perfect. Highly recommend!
Third time I have purchased blinds from Select Blinds. Excellent service, Easy to use the website, and high caliber products. Easy to install, just measure twice before ordering and you won't have any trouble.
This the second time I've ordered from select blinds. I ordered two blinds and unfortunately one came broken but the process was easy to get another one. So now I'm waiting for it. Meanwhile I ordered another one for a kitchen window and soon to order a vertical one for my patio door. The price and quality are spot on. I definitely would recommend them to friends and family.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
