Horrific customer service

For several weeks I have had my order sitting here which fell apart in transit. There is a stupid text system to communicate with customer service which is non responsive. I've also sent emails into the company with my order number attached with no response

My rep assisted and guided me every step of the way. I should have listened to her- the wood blinds I got for another room are my favorite. Sadly I chose the opinion of a family member instead with screen looking blinds- the raw edges came with frays on sides and look like pretty low quality. The wood blinds and the 4 1/2 inch plantation shutters, fortunately I did take the advice of my rep and they are sooo gorgeous. She tweeked many things on my order to help me make the best selection

Fit was perfect. However, I ordered 4 of the same blinds.2 came with everything screws included for option 2. The other 2 did not. Even the instructions said that the screws were not included. Weird! 4 lousy screws. Should be in every order!

Love my blackout shades

Got shades for the nursery so it can be pitch black and it was so easy! Highly recommend also getting the "no install/tools" part - it makes it so so easy! Love the look and the color and my baby is sleeping great because it's finally pitch black in the room. Plus the shipping was so fast!

Great quality and great service

Ordered 9 different 2" cellular shades 5 years ago. Great looking and working shades. The 2" models look very lux and stay cleaner than 3/4" shades. One shade in the kids music room lost the endcaps occasionally jams because things slide out of alignment. Just asked for 2 replacement end caps to keep everything aligned and they immediately said they would at no charge.

I spent over $2,000 on shades and blinds. Be careful of the FIT guarantee. It excludes a lot of their products. All my shades were made with 1/4 inch less what I measured. One was only 1/8 of an inch. That was enough to make it not fit. They only gave me the original price minus 10%. Had no choice but to pay for another one. They did not give enough allowance for my measurement. I consider this partially their fault. If I had the 1/4 inch like the other shades it would have fit. I ordered 9 blinds so far from them and need another 14. I will look elsewhere for the rest.
