Received all my blinds and I love them. Only one issue on one of the blinds, the top header is coming off. Did put in a claim so hopefully it will be resolved.

I needed to replace a broken corded blind in my front window (it's a window seat with three separate windows and three separate blinds, two small ones on the sides, one larger in the middle). At first I ordered the two smaller blinds, then had to replace the larger one in the middle. Even though I had purchased the original blinds from SelectBlinds, the colors did not match. At any rate, I'm very pleased with all three blinds and like that there are no cords hanging down anymore. Much easier to use.
I ordered another blind and wanted to get the same exact kind and color. It was impossible to determine whether my original order was a 1/2 in or 3/4 in light filtering honeycomb blind. That information should be easily ascertained from the order, but nowhere does it specify that on the order, and there is even less information on the packing slip.
The blinds arrived on time (actually a day EARLY!). They were packaged well so that I didn't have any issues with installing them. I have ordered from Select Blinds several times before; this should be indicative of Select Blinds's quality
I placed an order in January. It said 3-5 day shipping. They didn't bother to let me know it was shipping from Mexico and could get held in customs. Had to try repeatedly to get anyone to give me an update. The blinds finally arrived and one of them was broken.
Very good ordering process. Provides good instruction on considerations for measurements and features. Could be helpful to show the product with the window dimensions customer orders. Further visualization. Installation was extremely easy. It's a little difficult to consistently put the blinds in open shade mode vs just raise and lower the shade
We had a blind that would not stay up all the way. Reset a video of the problem and they sent a replacement out right away. It's a reason to write it. Thank you. Great perfect
These were about our 5th purchase from Select Blinds, and we intend to continue buying from them as long as the quality and service remains. The blinds were cut to our exact specifications, look great, and were both installed in about 30 minutes.
Measure twice, order once.
Seriously, measurements are everything. Measure top/middle/bottom across and left/middle/right vertically.
Follow the measuring directions.
All windows have new blinds from Select Blinds. Beautiful! Product well made and fit perfect on every window.
Received the corner bracket that was missing.
But did I not receive a replacement valance that I had reported as faulty (the wrap-around cloth was attached to the valance body with double side tape, not a free flap for me to wrap around the side extensions). I reported this and sent pictures when I asked for support but it was obviously ignored

This is the BEST blinds company! We are repeat customers for the quality and customer service.
It's been 5 years since our first order and Select blinds are still easy to work with. We have ordered honeycomb shades, roller shades and this time No Drill Roman shades. What a dream! We had a set of three large family room shades up in less than 10 minutes including unboxing. Doesn't get much better than this!
While a little disappointed that the blinds seem to fail sooner than you would expect the guarantee is honored with no fuss and replacements are issued no problem. I am hoping these cordless blinds hold up a little better than the initial purchase.
We purchased the top down bottom up blinds and they are working out as great solution to control light/privacy. They were relatively easy to install with a drill and measuring tools.
We now have a total of 11 of your blinds. Sometimes I have trouble keeping them level, but overall, we are very happy with the quality and appearance. They have also helped cut down on super cold temps permeating the windows coupled with lined drapes.

Select blinds provides a great product that lasts for many years. We purchased blinds 25 years ago for all of our windows and have only had to replace two this year.
I haven't installed my latest purchase yet - my window sills are full of seedlings. I have zero complaints about past products and service and will continue to buy from Select Blinds.
The directions given were clear and easy to follow. The blinds were easy to install and look great. When I order again I will add a bit of length to the measurement so that the blinds weren't stretched out fully when closed. They tend to hike up just a bit and it takes effort to make them rest on the window sill. But I will undoutedly order again for the other bedroom in our house.
We just installed our blackout cellular shades and are amazed at how well they block the light! I planned on using them in combination with blackout curtains in our theater room, but we don't even need the curtains because the blinds do such a good job! They move easily up and down and look great! Would definitely recommend.
There was a part missing from one blind. We contacted customer service and they says the placed the order for the part and it wound arrive in the mail. It's now been 3 weeks or more and still no part. You can see our conversation on your chat. I sent a photo of the part to the chat. So we cannot finish hanging out blinds. 😢

The cellular blind has a loop cord which can't be pulled because it is stuck tight in the mechanism. I didn't get a replacement because the loop cord is too short for me to reach.
I have been very happy with my orders in the past with select blinds.
It is not their fault that I can no longer get pull cords for windows too high for cordless, since a safety law prohibits it.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
