We order three blinds all the same, but our order had one blind that not what we ordered. We got two light filtering and one black out which also didn't fit to wide. It took almost 4 weeks to got the one we ordered, with many texts.
The order process is relatively complex but everything is quite well described. Go through step by step, confirming any details that you're not completely clear on, and do a final check to confirm everything is as you want it. The reason for this is that, if you get any one small detail incorrect, the blinds will be useless, and you'll only have yourself to blame! This goes double if you are purchasing multiple blinds that are all the same except for details such as size or the side the pull cord is on.
Very well-made packed very well very durable. Wish you would've came with different mailing brackets but overall, I believe I figured it out with some duct, tape and twisty ties being military when I say one of the hardest things ever put up in the front dash of my RV, I want you to picture Individual laying on their back with their foot up in the air holding the blind up while trying to drill into the upper part frame where the sunshade is, wish I could send a picture
It was pretty easy to order and then install the blinds. There was one problem: I ordered one blind as an "outside" mount, but wanted it to fit tightly between two cabinets. I should have chosen "inside mount" so that the proper allowances were added for the brackets. The outside mount option doesn't take off any width for the brackets like the inside mount option. Since it was a simple roller blind, I just popped off the end cap and cut down the aluminum tube the blind was on, and then trimed the width of the fabric to match the tube, and then put the cap back on.
I bought several roller shades from Selectblinds, the overall experience was good. However this new order placed at end of 2024 was not great. The Consultant on the phone told me that I do not need to buy a new battery charger - I can use the ones I bought before. While it was wrong - the new roller came with a different type of charger connector - the old charge does NOT work! To make things worse, the roller I bought at end of NOV is just discontinued in JAN 2025! The customer service now is trying to see if they can still find the correct charger for me...

We bought Roman shades and they are beautiful, but the chain to open and close them was too short. Not their fault, they were for 3 high windows and we did not understand the chain is only about a foot long (despite diagram). We called and they were very understanding, and sent us 3 new chain lengths at a very reasonable cost. Couldn't be more happy and satisfied with their blinds and their customer service!
I initially received a blind that had a malfunctioned apparatus to lower/raise the blind and immediately reported to the company. Within weeks, a new blind arrived. This is great customer service and I will continue to purchase blinds from this company in the future.

We are repeat customers! We purchased a number of blinds three years ago when we moved into our house but recently completed a home renovation and needed a few more. The website makes measuring and ordering super easy. The items came quickly and, according to my husband, are easy to install.
The two for one pricing is how we're replacing blinds - the only issue I have is that after a time the finish begins to blister and peel - now I'm going to have to chip and spray paint so they look nice - fortunately each slat can be removed and placed elsewhere so damage is not so visible.
I ordered this as a gift for my husband to go on the window behind his work computer in our bedroom. It does just what we need it to do and the black out fabric really blacks out the outside light. I will need to order more for the other windows in our house!
Overall, a good experience, however it was difficult to get the shades to click into the clips. The clips provided were different from those presented in the UTUBE installation tutorial. The got clips we received were not the spring clips. You might want to update the video to reflect the clips provided.
The blinds themselves are amazing once installed. The light filtering blinds do as described and are easy to raise and lower to the desired position, both top and bottom. The blackout blinds let my wife and I sleep in even when the sun is brightly shining outside.
The only knock on the blinds is that they take a bit of effort to install. With both my ratcheting screwdriver and my drill, I had to be careful not to strip the screws. A few I had to switch from Phillips to flat bits, as the Phillips part was starting to strip. I even had to switch to a hex bit to catch the outside of one screw when I completely stripped.
Once they are installed though, they are definitely worthwhile. Maybe better quality screws in the future?
It was a good experience because the price of the product was correct, and it was what I had expected. The balance gave me a little bit of work, but in the end, I finished the installation without major problems.
Ordering was easy. The shades were fabricated and mailed in a timely fashion. The quality was not as expected. I ordered the room darkener fabrics, but the sunshine comes through more than expected. The one negative, the screws included with the shades are too large for the corresponding holes. I had a few screws at home that fit, so I've got one (of 7) shade up.
Easy to browse through all the options. The site is much better than competitors'. The selection was super nice too. The shade I received is super good quality and the top down bottom up works really well. I love it more than I thought I would.
I like the selection of blinds available and the guidance provided. Our measurements turned out great. I do not care for the handles on our up-down blinds. We selected the self install handles and compared to the quality of the blinds the handles are not the best. I don't recall the option to pick factory installed but sounds like there is on some of the reviews I've read. Overall really happy with it!
Seamless — the ordering process is very easy, with very clear instructions on how to measure. I always get a bunch of samples before ordering so I can see the product in my room and make a decision based off of the real colors.
The website was so user friendly and my blinds arrived very well packaged and all the window blinds installed with ease and the fit was perfect and the quality excellent. Transformed my windows and the overall look of my home beautifully.
I love these blinds and this company. This is the 3rd time we have ordered blinds and it is always an easy ordering and fast shipping. The blinds are also very easy to install.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
