I needed to cancel a subscription I found making automatic withdrawals from my bank account ever month. I requested Segpay cancel it. An employee got back to me very quickly and after I furnished Her with a little more information she took care of it within 24 hours. Nicely done!

I was subjected to a case of fraud by a streaming website, which had charged three transactions via paypal, when in fact I only had authorized one.
I reported the case by mail and it was resolved within a few days.
This is exactly what I had hoped for - but I had expected much more complication and having to proove the facts from my side.

A renewal was auto-processed for a website I no longer wanted. I had no notice that my subscription was ending and an automatic renewal would be processed. When my credit card company advised me of a pending transaction I was able to identify which subscription was being renewed. This company handles accounts for numerous sites. I contacted the company and stated I didn't want to renew that particular site and had a prompt response. The next day my credit card company showed a credit equal to the charge, while the charge was still in the pending stage! Very satisfied!
